These are some of the rudest people I’ve ever met. I’d highly advise taking your business elsewhere. I’ve purchased over a dozen Mercedes through the years and I would rather drive a Hyundai than deal with these snobs. Their service department is the worst I’ve experienced and when I discussed the issue with the managers I can see where servicing gets their training. They don’t care about you as a customer. All they are after is the mighty dollar.

The best dealership! I have been buying and servicing my cars with them for many years and am always impressed with their efficiency and friendliness. Especially Manuel Guzman, who has been my advisor and helper. He makes the whole process of maintenance visits a pleasure. I know I can totally trust him and always count on. I highly recommend this dealership and Manuel Guzman in particular for the top notch customer service.

Working with Tony (Elaulio) was an absolute pleasure! He was attentive and SO patient--he went above and beyond to ensure that all of our questions and concerns were addressed promptly. We were at the dealership for a few hours and during that time he offered us water multiple times and even protein bars which were much appreciated. I bought my wife a car and she pointed out that there were two tiny spots of dirt on the car after it was detailed--tony sent it back to have it detailed AGAIN. Once we finalized our purchase he spent several minutes setting up the technology in the car for us. 5/5 STARS HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

From beginning to end, it was a smooth acquisition. My sales associate was so easy to work with. I had found during my initial process many sales people lacking interest to find what I was looking for. West palm beach, delray dealerships had the same information but it was Ala at AutoNation ft Lauderdale Mercedes who got what I wanted and closed the deal.

This Mercedes has some of the most unprofessional people I've ever experienced at Mercedes. They need some training in how to deal with their customers. I've purchased around a dozen Mercedes vehicles in the past 10 years from a handful of dealerships and this dealer should be selling ice cream cones, not new Mercedes. I bought my son an E-53 that needed some service due to a bad grounding wire that would shut down the car while driving. The service guy made a comment that we shouldn't have bought my son a race car if we didn't want to deal with these issues. First of all a Race Car? 2nd if even if we did want to buy a race car from Mercedes we shouldn't be having grounding issues. Second bad experience we've had was we had our GLS stolen and when recovered we took the car to this dealer. We owned the car for about a month when this happened. The dealer met with the insurance adjuster and our service guytold us in text messages that they would return the car to brand new condition as we stated it was previously. They called and told us the car was ready to pickup (after having it for over a month) and when we got there, there was a white substance all over the side drivers side door, a large chip in the windshield and scratches all over the door jamb and they owed us a key. The service guy said he didnt see those scratches, the Chip in the windshield or the issue with the glass when they received the car and they would work with the insurance company to fix them. a few months go by and nothing. We call and they are now telling us its our responsibility to file a new claim to get them fixed and take no responsibility. One of two things happened, the issues were there when they got the car back to repair it and they missed it with the adjuster, or, their service department created the scratches and the chip in the window. EIther way they neglected to do their job. When we pressed them on the issue the service manager hung up on my wife and again was very rude. Why cant I deal with a professional human that has some class and cares about how they treat people? Dont waste your money here people. Drive to Miami.

I had the pleasure of meeting Bryce Greenfield at Mercedes Benz Fort Lauderdale. He reached out immediately after my inquiry on cars and was not pushy, but extremely helpful.I had a car accident and my Mercedes was totaled. He helped me find a brand new one with all I wanted and got me out the door in no time. He went through all the new gadgets and even followed up the next day to see how it was all going. Fabio in finance was especially helpful as well. He was friendly and mindful. I would say if you are in the market for a Mercedes, definitely seek out Bryce! Adding to review! Tameka was amazing. She knew I was in a hurry and went out of her way to get my car in and out. In fact, she is probably the best person I have ever worked with there. I feel she should get a lot of credit and kudos! The Lyft was fast to take me there and back. She was attentive and polite from phone call in to arrival and meeting in person!

Excellent service. However, I was very disappointed in waiting area service. They have fancy coffee machine that is supposed to make Italian espresso. Instead, it makes poor copy of Dunkin diluted coffee.

Chris Jablonski is the best service rep I’ve ever worked with. He was careful and meticulous and cared for my car like it was his own. He helped me find a proper service plan and fixed a problem that occurred from a poor service from another authorized Mercedes dealer. He even re-washed my car on his own after seeing that it had a few water spots during the initial wash.

I was from out of town, they took the car in without an appointment. They found my problem is that the right front seat is useable if back seats are folded down to make room to carry oversized item. They could not come up with a logical explanation nor a work around. Can't believe there is no way to get around this issue.

Don't waist your time with this dealership. I gave them one star because I had to. They had my car for 3 months for a suspension issue , I drove out of the dealership after paying $1600.00 made it 4 blocks and still waiting for a call back from the dealer to call me back.. 4 days now

Leak Issue with suspension was not resolved as they could not get a fault found on the computer. Will have to see if anyone else can find problem. Also car was returned with a dirty inside windshield that was apparently wiped with a dirty cloth at the dealership.

Historically, I have had a long positive history with Mercedes Benz and have lived in several State's and leveraged many Mercedes Dealerships. My experience here at Fort Lauderdale MB has been lousy and I won't be going back. I'll have to drive further for service but worth it. Scheduling: Trying to get an appointment is really difficult. 2 weeks+ to schedule to get car in for standard B service. Excessive lead time. If you want a loaner based on the work to be done, add another week as they don't have sufficient loaner capacity and simply push you back further to try and arrange that. Most dealerships align with a rental service to provide vehicles to alleviate this issue. Not Lauderdale. Service adviser: Lacking personality and fairly arrogant. No interpersonal skills. After dropping the car off, very difficult to get a hold of service advisor and you need to wait to have your call answered at a call center. They place you on hold (over 9 minutes) to come back and let me know he was at lunch. Waste of time sitting on hold. No sense of urgency and no focus on customer satisfaction. It's like they know they have little competition so they can do what they want. Service work itself: The warranty work was concluded well and without issue. The cost for a B service is now over $600 ($632.36 to be exact). This is an oil change and topping off fluids. Absolutely ridiculous price for this service. However, if you don't use them (or MB service shop) they won't reset your computer. Prior to this service the most expensive "oil change" I'd previously paid was $300 and I thought that was ridiculous. They simply gouge you here. Picking up the car: After paying for the work, the service adviser left for the day while I was instructed to wait to have my car brought up. This took over 40 minutes as the dealership parked a car in front of mine and then lost the keys. What a fiasco. When the car was finally brought up, it was absolutely filthy. Looks like they sat it under a tree. They hadn't even washed it. Funny thing was I had just had the car detailed the prior weekend and the car is garage kept so I was a bit shocked. I then had to wait 10-15 more minutes to have them put it through their car wash. The car came back dripping with water and it looks like the dirt was just pushed around. I had to go have a professional car wash the next morning. Between the delays, lack of customer friendliness the excessive costs for services and the tremendous lack of efficiency I cannot recommend this dealer to anyone. As I previously mentioned, I will not be going back.

I worked with Carlo and from our first conversation he was on it ! The goal being to find me the EQS I was looking for. From presenting options to locating “The One” he was courteous, responsive and efficient. Upon arrival at the dealership the great service continued w/a car demo, drive and functions explanations. We wrapped up with all the paperwork readily handled and off in our new car. Would recommend contacting Carlo in the future.

From the second I entered the showroom and was greeted by Todd Fine a warm and friendly salesperson, my experience at Ft. Lauderdale MB was fantastic. I?ve had numerous Mercedes before, but was currently driving a 2020 Porsche Macan, (I?ve owned 12 Porsches and 6 MBs over the years), which I loved and wasn?t quite sure what I wanted, but I know the product well. Todd was understanding, patient and helpful. I picked a great AMG Line C300 that was in the shrowroom and a hour later drove it home. The process was comforting. There were no hidden costs, unnecessary upswells or pressure . Well done Mercedes on building great cars and employing great salespeople.

This isn’t the first time that I’ve picked up my car needing fixing after a maintenance service. I need it fixed immediately with a loaner, but can’t get one for 2 weeks.

I get my car serviced here all the time and Rodolfo has always been my adviser. He is diligent and always makes sure to take care of everything I need. If I mention I’m concerned about brakes on the car he will have the guys look at the brakes to make sure all is good.

I have leased & purchased several Mercedes Benz cars & trucks. This was mu first time doing a transaction with Mercedes of Fort Lauderdale. I was trading in My 2020 G Wagon for an EQS 450+, my first electric car. After the trade in value negotiations were done, it was time to drive the EQS home. The car was at 12% charge when it was delivered and getting home was very stressful., because we were getting used to the car and did not know how to charge it or where and thought we may get stuck somewhere. It was getting late in the day and was now dark out. We got a quick and dirty demo of the car that lasted less than 5 minutes...felt like i was buying a TV at KMART. Nobody at the dealership understood how to install the iPhone app or setting up the Charge America that is needed for charging. The salesman was nice. but was not that familiar with process at all. This was a struggle..and only was completed by guessing and luck. While we waited to set up the app, the new EQS was outside sitting with a low battery, while the dealership's manager's car was plugged in...once we plugged our new car in we realized we would have to be there for hours to get to a safe charge because the dealership has a slow charger!! How can you deliver an electric car like this? let alone a MB. PRETTY BAD. Since the purchase I can not get a hold of anyone for support. I called the parts department and have been on hold for 30 mins, called back and have been hung up on twice. Nobody picks up on the main line...again pretty bad!!!

UNSAFE FOR SENIORS! And awful for women. My mother attempted to have her car serviced here and the experience was BEYOND AWFUL. The service crew made a serious mistake - mistakes happen - but instead of owning up to it, they instead tried to BLAME HER. They also promised to have her car ready in time as she had a chemotherapy appt - but instead made her MISS THE APPOINTMENT - because they were too busy trying to COVER UP THEIR MISTAKE. What was the mistake?? THEY LOST HER KEYS and accused her of misplacing them. To compound matters, the "manager" would not return my calls but did in fact return my husband's call and spoke with him. The keys - which they accused my mother of losing - were found 24 hours later. They still failed to take any responsibility for the situation and were incredibly rude and arrogant. We've been buying Mercedes for years. I would ride a unicycle barefoot before ever doing business with this location ever again. PLEASE PROTECT YOURSELF AND YOUR LOVED ONES. These are ELDER ABUSERS.

We shopped around for 6 months to find the exact C-Class Cabriolet we wanted before the model completely changed for the coming year. Finally found a Certified Pre Owned in Ft. Lauderdale! Todd Fine is the sales representative who responded to our email promptly and held the car for us until next day when we could drive 3.5 hours to get there. He was a true professional as he walked us through buying a CPO vehicle which we had never done before. I highly recommend you contact him for any purchase if you are in the Florida area.

We have dealt with AutoNation dealerships for years in sales and service, mainly in the Chicagoland area, both as private owners and a luxury dealership. The service that we have received from Mercedes-Benz AutoNation stores over the past years has been nothing but outstanding. We don't like to write negative reviews against fellow members of the automotive industry, but, we recently had dealings with this store (Mercedes-Benz of Fort Lauderdale ) in the service department. It started with a negative and nasty demeanor from Mary Donnell and then the encounter continued with the same rude attitude from Steve Adams in service. I (Sam Jidd) would never allow my employees to treat customers this way, it's unprofessional and unacceptable. I recently (3 days ago) purchased a brand new G-Wagon from this store as well and my sales representative and the GM were great! Super personable and very outgoing, but when I stated that I wanted to return the G-Wagon because of how I have been treated throughout this whole ordeal with my other vehicle the Finance manager threatened me and told me I would then have a repossession on my credit, his lack of customer service should also be addressed. Not the way you speak to people in this business, especially someone that has been around this business for as long as I have. I am very sad to see the way this industry has gone, hiring people that don't care about the customer and think that they can just talk to people in any manner that they feel warranted to.

I have a brand new 2022 Mercedes Benz E Class in which I purchased from Autonation in Coconut Creek. Its 6 months old. About 5 weeks ago I noticed some discoloring in the trim around the windows. I call to make an appointment which had to wait few weeks for. I get to the appointment today to get the trim done and a small piece of back plate fixed. The Service Manager Steven Adams said they couldn't do anything. He said "he would have to pay for it and take to where I bought it" Didnt even care about my 2 issues. AutoNation owns Fort Lauderdale and Coconut Creek. I took it Coconut Creek and they fixed the screw in the back within 5 mins and the detailer is going to fix the trim. In summary stay away from Mercedes Benz Fort Lauderdale. The brand should be embarrassed to have Stephen Adams work for them. "The best or nothing" - He needs to learn that

Break light was on and told that there was very little brake lining left. I felt no break fade what so ever. They recommended replacing brakes which were quite expensive. The service rep, spoke so quickly I could barely follow him. He backed off quickly on some extras. There was no recommedation of how many more miles I could go before it became serioius. Service rep was very difficult to get on phone and failed to deliver the car as originally stated. Mercedes in general has a credibbilty isssue with me to begin with, since denying that the ripping off the front bumper on my S500 occurred at least 5 times. They first denied that they ever saw the problem before (when a mechanic I bumped into at the dealership said it happens all the time). All the prescribed work was not completed. Balance of tires, check the front bumper clip.

I came to the service on Monday and made an appointment for Thurday. I dropped my car off on thursday afternoon and the service technician told me they needed couple of days. I told him I could come back on Tuesday he said it would be more than enough! Now I called them to let them know I’ll come back on Tuesday. They haven’t even bothered to check the car! He says me let us check the car first!!!!??? Why are you keeping people’s cars for 4 days for nothing?! Everybody has a job to go! I would have an emergency and I don’t have a car because Fort Lauderdale service just have no interest on people! It was just a simple interior lightening and sunroof seal problem not a rocket science!

Without her help I wouldn’t be able to make the purchase as the market is driven towards buying high value cars nowadays, the G wagon gets sold out pretty much easily, making it harder to get. After a few weeks of waiting finally the order of my dreams came true, Carlo Rozenblad, a very nice man helped me accomplished what Gigi had started pursuing for me. Couldn’t thank you guys more. I’m hoping for the next sales, the sales manager would be more lenient towards holding a vehicle for purchase and not willing to sell to others when I’m taking time to process the payment. Wasn’t quite happy with the manager’s decision on rushing to sell for profit. But to my favorite salesman/woman. Love you guys, you’re awesome and did a great job.

I had a very poor experience getting my GL repaired here. Long story short... if you can get your mercedes serviced anywhere else, consider doing so. Update 1.. 3 days later, the problem they were paid $3k to fix is right back. Update 2.. Repaired the issue myself. $70 part and about an hour of work. Went back to tt service dept about getting a refund for their erroneous (giving them benefit of the doubt this wasn't just a service rep making a commission) diagnosis/repair and they were rude. Lied repeatedly to me and dismissed my concerns with standard shop excuses. I have owned several Mercedes vehicles, right now I have a GL450, a CL63, and a Sprinter Van. I know these vehicles and usually do all my own repairs. From time to time I have used dealerships on warrenty work for a couple of the vehicles I bought new from them in NC. This was my first experience dealing with a mercedes dealership in Florida for anything other than buying parts. It was overly stressful, over priced, under serviced, and just plain rude.

A service light came on and so I called your service desk to see if I could walk in for service. She assured me I could and after I asked she told me the best time and day. I arrived 1 day later and was introduced to Tamika as she would be my advisor. I explained what was happening. She gave me an estimated time to do the repair and the estimated cost. I loved watching the repair area on the tv, especially when my vehicle rolled in. Tamika came to give me updates on a regular basis. Within a reasonable time my car was done and my actual cost was surprisingly lower than initially quoted. I do not have words big enough to explain how amazing Tamika was during the entire process. She is AWESOME! When I buy my next vehicle it will be from Mercedes Benz of Ft Lauderdale. ♥️

We have been trying to get a hold of Stephanie and Fabio from the finance department since April of 2022. They never returned our calls. They sold us a Tire and Wheel protection from Auto Nation and advised they would reimburse it if we traded our vehicle. Its been over 7 months since we traded the vehicle and we still have not received the reimbursement. We even went and spoke to Fabio personally (2 hour drive) and he advised it was processed but would take some time. We trusted Auto Nation and they continue to dismiss our concerns, hence do not even return a call. Do not purchase any additional services if you plan on trading in the car. You will loose your money.

Agree with all the 1 star reviews. Couldn’t be more disappointed. Completely unprofessional. It feels as if they are con -artists. We bought 2 cars. We received no descriptions nor technical informations about the cars. But it’s not the worst, the worst part is the complete lack of communication and explanations of costs and financing. They will sell you a bunch of useless warranties (up to 15k) and when you want to cancel them within the 60 days timeframe, they do not return your phone calls, they do not return your emails. I sent a text message to the salesman he replied by two words « talk to F Mger » not sure why he couldn’t write a whole courteous professional sentence but it just shows you how they treat you once they have made the sales They simply ignore you. The cars were averagely priced which would have been okay and the loan would be average wouldn’t be for all the warranties they add which makes things much more expensive We will never buy from them ever again and we’re telling all of our friends and family to buy their cars elsewhere where there is communication honesty and nobody is selling you anything like a tricky slimy time share sales person

I experienced a flat tire after business hours at least 20+ miles away from my home. I was able to contact roadside assistance and a tow truck came out and took to my dealership for servicing. This by far was the easiest process for pick up to completion I’ve ever experienced. My service advisor kept in contact with me the entire process keeping me from worrying. My service with Mercedes Fort Lauderdale is always top-tier when I bring my car in for servicing ( wash, brakes, tires, etc). The best part is that everyone is willing to help from the time we step on the lot. The biggest plus is that there are no annoying upsell tactics, not that it is needed because the cars sell themselves lol

I’ve bought my car here about a year ago. We previously dealt with mb of Huntington in ny . The first few interactions with the different locations in south Florida almost had me thinking i wanted to switch brands due to lack of luxury services. Since then I have to say the customer service and response for this location as severely improved! I am glad they’ve gone back to the brand i originally fell in love with due to customer service! Worst experience ever! I never write long reviews but I had to because I could not sum it up in 2 or 3 lines. I called to schedule an emergency appointment on November 1st because my husband's car that was hesitating to start but was told one was not available until November 9th so I took it. Of course how luck would have it on November 6th a "Sunday" the car would not start, so we got it towed to Mercedes. I called on Monday advising that the car was there and was told it would still not be seen until 9th. Once it was seen on the 9th my husband was told that the issue was the fuel pump and it would be fixed within 2 days so we asked the service guy Robert to have a few additional items fixed while it was there. We rented a car for 3 days so that we would not be inconvenience. After 5 days, (rental now returned and we are sharing a car) we were told they broke the fuel tank by accident and a new one was already ordered but it would take another week to fixed. So at this point we said ok (being understanding and reasonable people) but asked for a loaner due to the inconvenience and was told none was available. Weeks passed, car not fixed, we are totally inconvenienced with both of us going to work back-and-forth using one car but still being told no loaner no rental available. On December 6th my husband got a call stating that the car was ready for pick up buy when got to Mercedes to pick up the car, the gas tank was at a quarter tank unlike the full tank of gas that was there when we brought it in, the car was filthy, and the additional items he wanted fix was not fixed after it being at there for a month. I felt like I was being punked because there's no way you can make this stuff up. There was a really nice guy that moves the cars around that did take our car to the back to get it cleaned which was nice. I was very disappointed with the experience and you would think "the brand" would give you a standard that is first class but this has been the worst experience I have ever had in my life dealing with a car repair. I personally drive a Ford and I was telling my service tech at Plantation Ford last week about this experience and his response just like I thought was "You think you would get the best service at a place like Mercedes".

Earliest date is January 7. Definitely cannot drive with the check engine light on for 3 weeks. The employee I spoke with was polite and apologetic - very professional. I applaud the dealership for being so busy but this creates a dilemma for me. So, I am going to a service center that specializes in Mercedes on Monday.

Unfortunately the service department is not at the same high level of quality it was over the last couple of years. After the last 4 services I’ve had to return my car for corrections to mistakes done by the mechanics. One mechanics mistake left a leak in the gas line, flooding my condos garage with gas, causing a serious safety/health risk for everyone in the building. After this last service, I had to return my car due to vibration/noise issue. They now discover wear to the expensive engine mounts. Why wasn’t that discovered during the annual service? Why was there no issue before the service? Also, they misplaced my keys and left me waiting for 30 minutes, seems the car wash employee never returned them. It’s unfortunate that over the last 3 out of 6 years of service in Fort Lauderdale, the car is returned with more issues than when I dropped it off.

Update - After leaving a 1 star review here 3 weeks ago the manager left me a message to call to make my experience a positive one. Well I called and he said someone from service would call me back to make an appointment- that was 2 weeks ago. The negative experience continues. Don’t waste your time with these people - they don’t care about anything other than your money. And still nothing from MB of Ft Lauderdale. Somehow I’m not surprised. Charged me $347.53 diagnostics fee to tell me my tires were bald. Like I didn’t know that. Didn’t even diagnose the check engine light - if they did they would have told me it was a glow plug issue. Misdiagnosed why the serpentine belt failed - said it was bad idle and tension pulley - was actually seized ac compressor. And then I get home and they didn’t put the engine cover back on the engine. I had to drive back to the dealer to retrieve the engine cover. Don’t waste your time with these clowns.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Ft Lauderdale Mercedes-Benz and it was one of my best experiences doing so. Ray Ragnacci was my salesman and he went above and beyond to assist me in my purchase. I wasn't purchasing a Mercedes, but he treated me as if I was. The vehicle I was purchasing was a recent trade-in and hadn't been detailed and needed the brakes and tires changed. This usually would take a day or two, but I was in the area for work and was wanting to purchase and leave that day with the vehicle if possible. Ray got on it immediately and was able to secure someone to detail it and do the breaks and tires. He even offered to pick me up lunch since I was going to be there for a while waiting. When everything was finished he asked to follow me up to the nearest gas station to fill my gas tank up before I left town. Even though I was there for awhile, Ray and his team made it a pleasant experience. I will definitely recommend Ray to my friends and family and he'll be the first one I call the next time I'm ready to purchase another vehicle!

This was a terrible experience. There was a complete lack of communication and professionalism that would be expected of not just Mercedes but any service provider. My car was kept for 2 weeks with no updates at all. I had to call on my own to find out what was going on. No lift or Uber was offered after I dropped off the car. When I finally arrived to pick it up I was greeted by a receptionist who gave me a dirty look because I interrupted her conversation about her favorite Tik Tok video. Then no one went over what was done. I only realized my tires needed to be replaced after I read that myself. I will never bring my car to this location again. What a bad image for Mercedes.

Dangerous dealership . I placed a deposit for a purchase and it was cashed on the same day .The sale was not done and after 10 days I did not received my money back yet .They said that will take between three to five days .Shame on Auto Nation!!!

I live in Orlando, and as I was on my way to the Keys, it took three months and six visits to your store and the Maserati dealer for someone to come-up with the car that I was looking for. Joe texted me and said that he had found the car for me. I left Orlando and stopped by your store on my way to the Keys, and he was right. He found a CLS 2023, arabinan gray with black and red interior. I have to commend Joseph for his patients with me, for he explained the electronics in the car very thoroughly. I was very happy about my recent service at Mercedes Fort Lauderdale. They were friendly and gave honest advice about what I needed. They told me about some maintenance that could wait several months and some that needed to be completed right away. They were also quick to get me my car back and the complementary Lyft ride made the repair as hassle free as could be. Since my main need was a tire, I first checked out prices at tire shops and Mercedes was actually a bit cheaper with much better service to ensure the safety of my vehicle.

The WORST experience ever! The sales person was ok. The finance guy was AWFUL and I suppose that’s where the problems are. I had my own financing and did not buy any “extras”. The finance guy seemed so annoyed. He did not even greet us. He growled and grunted the whole time and appeared so annoyed. Once finished, he got up and walked out of the room, looked back as he was leaving and said “ok we’re done”. No thank you. No handshake. NOTHING. After a month of my trade-in not being paid, I called to inquire. When I finally spoke to someone in Finance, she had no answers and talked in circles.They had not even recorded the sale until a week later than when I actually purchased my new car. It took them 6 week to payoff my Trade-in. Never got a return call, never got answers. If you are looking for the run around, this is your place.

Worst experience in my entire life. I was lied to over & over. They messed with wiring for my air suspension harness & then tried charging me almost $11,000 for stuff that was not wrong with my vehicle. I spent 80k on my car to be treated like dirt. I was without my car for 3 months with no loaner. After moving my car to another certified amg technician I paid $2000 for my tires & rear brakes. Nothing else was wrong with my car. I will be going to my lawyer in regards to this. It’s a shame since I absolutely love Mercedes vehicles but I Will never deal with them again. Absolute joke

Where is 0 stars for this place. We brought the car in for normal service they charged us for rotating the tires then gave it back to us broken. It feels super unsafe as the car shakes now. We told them before it had a noise now they said they fixed it but the noise is wayyy worse. Then they want us to fix it so I scheduled it for them to give me a loaner car and they told me everything is good they know exactly what insurance I had cause they asked when making an appointment and when I went in they said they can’t give me a loaner cause my insurance. We need this car to get to work and get around so we have to drive around in a broken car. Then management called said they would work it out for us but this was 3 weeks ago and still nothing. Please avoid this place at all costs. Only go there if you want a brand new car that breaks in 1 year and for terrible service!

I had to go there myself into the shop to show them, and that was after been told by not only the service advisor, but also the service director Mary Donnell the she had tried herself and it was working properly, well apparently not! Among the issues they tried to push me new battery while their test showed my battery was GOOD! After the 38 days of inconvenience and incomplete work they retuned my car with a paint damage on the roof and scratches on the trunk, and even after manager Steven Adams checked the pictures of the car when it got there, he denied been responsible. Hard to believe this is a MB dealership. I'll never take any of my cars to this dealer again!

Worst service is at Mercedes Benz of Fort Lauderdale. When you buy the car, they tell you all of the perks that you will get: your car washed anytime or when you come for service, your car will be cleaned and dents removed. For almost 2 years, I have yet to get my car washed without me complaining about it first (which has been ONE time in 2 years) and can’t ever get a loaner when my car is kept overnight. Now, I have an appointment for service that already takes TWO WEEKS to wait to get, and I’ve been waiting for 30 minutes to get my service guy to check me in. And he’s not even here. The WORST.

After paying $211.50 for a full detail, I had to walk the Detailer around the car step by step and show him the areas he missed. Poor eye for detail. I recently purchased a vehicle from MB of Ft. Lauderdale. After finding the vehicle online and sending in the inquiry I was contacted promptly by Joe Hagen. The transaction was completed remotely so I could fly in and simply pick up the vehicle. Joe and Fabio Duque made the process very easy. Joe was able to pick me up at the airport creating a seamless transition. I packed lite for this quick trip forgetting a phone cable. Joe gave me a phone cable so I could utilize the Android Auto features on the trip home. Overall, a pleasant experience.

Service department is mediocre. Takes a few weeks to be able to schedule an appointment. They rarely have rentals available. Service Advisors provide very limited updates. You will have to call to obtain status on your maintenance and/or repairs. Not focused on customer care. I’ve never had issues with service departments or dealerships. I’ve owned Bentleys, Range Rovers and Porsches. If you’re wanting top notch customer service, look into Bentley Miami, Land Rover South Dade and Champion Porsche.

Although very congenial and attentive, service agent did not seem to have total grasp or control of the auto?s nor my needs. Arrangements and use of loaner vehicle was effective. Intake system is overly crowded with dealership personnel who actively direct but do not seem to be empowered to act. The body shop personnel were very good?uncovering previously shoddy work performed by another body shop. Ultimately, I was pleased with the service that took too long to accomplish and revealed lack of effective management.

This is by far been the worst car buying experience we’ve ever had. My wife took it upon herself to buy me a new car, C 300, for my birthday. We bought the car pending delivery and ever since then the experience has been terrible. Every week we get a different answer on when the car would arrive. We were instructed to put the car on our insurance as it would be arriving this week, then we were told that it would not arrive for another two months. We have had this back-and-forth for weeks now. The sales people have been minimally helpful, the sales and finance managers difficult and lastly the general manager absent. We called Mercedes Benz corp to file a complaint and when we asked about our car’s delivery date, got a fourth completely different answer. Is this what one can expect from the number one luxury car manufacturer in the world? If so, I recommend staying away from Mercedes Benz, and especially Mercedes Benz of Fort Lauderdale.

Setting up service appointment was great and loaner car process was super smooth. Service representative kept me well informed as to what was going on and when the car would be ready. Staff were friendly and pleasant. An improvement would be a discussion as to what was actually done during the service. To be honest I still don’t know what was really done since the documentation I received and what I was told differed. For example, I was told that the engine oil was changed, but the documentation only said fluids were topped off. Which is it!? Also, an expensive repair was suggested, but turns out it was not needed. After my experience, I would suggest clients should be well advised to press for more details and explanations on the work carried out/proposed at this shop.

I was referred to this location by my sister who had a very positive purchasing experience a few months before with a particular sales person and after visiting other Mercedes locations and not feeling satisfied I went in to see him; Todd Fine. From the moment I walked in, the experience was great! Todd provided a lot of education about the different classes which I was seeking as I couldn’t decide what I wanted to go with, he was so knowledgeable. He pointed out ALOT of features in a short amount of time, safety etc. The biggest thing for me was that I NEVER felt like I was interacting with a salesperson because there was never any pressure during our transaction or trying to upsell which was super important to me. The finance process options/payments etc was a breeze. Hands down the smoothest, most comfortable car buying process I’ve ever had! He also made sure my pick up was special. Mike, my service manager is 5-star, but their service process is poorly managed. Two red flags jump out every time I am in: 1. When they check my tires, they do not read the car's requirements and deflate the tires, causing a warning light and requiring me to fill the tires with air properly. I have told them about this no less than 4 times on the 4 last services. 2. When I am told the car is ready it never is. I continually hear that it is in the car wash. These are small things that raise big concerns about their competence.

Serraya, our sale rep, has been helpful since the moment she answered the phone and through out the entire car buying experiences. We have bought several new vehicles over the last 15 years and this has by far been the best experiences. My wife drove from Texas to Florida to pick up the vehicle and Serraya was helpful all the way. The one thing I did not appreciate was the general manager asking my wife to still drive another 40 minutes to the bank in which they mention they would have pay for the Lyft and or have someone take her there. It was the principle that my wife already drove 21 hours to purchase the car and they could not doing nothing else as promise to help her on that end. Other than that we are help with our sale rep.

Went in for my normal yearly service, to find that the building was without power and they were having to reschedule everyone. A little inconvenient but can you really work on vehicles with no lights or computers systems? They took my information and stated they would contact me to reschedule as soon as their systems were back up and running. The car I chose to purchase was not on the property and was shipped from Miami. however the salesman stated it would be there the next morning by 10am, it wasn't and he did not call with an update. it wasn't until my husband call were we updated on the cars arrival. also due to the rush of the sale, I was not able to test drive the car until the day after purchase. I have not received a call concerning the 2nd key. Most importantly, I was not informed that there was a huge scrape under the bridge of the car.

To maintain my AMG C43, I came in for a simple service: oil change, engine check and fluid top off and a clean and vacuum. I met with the individual assigned and we walked the car. I specifically pointed out that I wanted the inside vacuumed and where. He said, no problem, I’ll take care of it myself..2 and a half hours later, nothing I asked for was accomplished. My experience was very negative, no welcome from service desk, every person that walked by me or I walked passed never said hello or good morning. My car was not repaired, I brought it in for the AC, not cooling and not blowing as it was, however they said nothing was wrong with it. I was told that when I went back to the deal to change my oil that they would look and see if it was really broken. So I am driving a Mercedes that the dealer can not fix, and with a semi functional AC in 90 degree Weather.

Posting the same review I left on google since you asked me to via email - including screenshots this time :) Leave your car here if you want it to sit for 2 days without even being touched. Communication is non existent unless you initiate it. And there seems to be no service loaners unless you book out weeks in advance. When it’s a safety issue with a 3 month old $200k car I just find that to be unacceptable. At any rate the service here sucks and I’ll just drive down to collection next time to avoid this dealer.

We have a 2011 gl 550 that we brought to the service department for a recall while the vehicle is there my wife ask the service advisor Bill to check one things and she ask for an oil change. we told bill that the suspension Compressor was touching the frame and creating a vibration but otherwise the suspension is working fine Bill called us back telling us that the repair for the compressor was 1200 bucks and that we also needed the serpentine belt replaced that would cost about 400 bucks needless to say I was shocked I was even more floored when he announced me that their hourly rate was almost $300 an hour sorry buddy But you’re not going to create new business like that Anyway you’re not gonna get my business. So 650 bucks later my serpentine belt was not replaced and my suspension compressor bracket neither I don’t think I’ll go back unless it’s warranty work

The sales team we worked with were very obliging and really went the extra mile to make us happy with the car we bought. They actually went so far as to paint over some problem areas and order new floor mats since none came with the car. They also promised to get me an instruction manual and work on getting the second key from the previous owner (both of which also didn't come with the car... pay attention to that second key, if you wind up needing it and don't have one, a duplicate will cost you upwards of $500). As for the dealership, be prepared to have the transaction take longer that you were expecting; no funny business, just too few people in the finance department and inter-departmental communication less than ideal. That said, we did wander into the dealership toward the end of the day on Friday, so arriving both earlier in the day and earlier in the week should provide a more satisfactory administrative experience. Still, when all was said and done, we got the car we wanted at the price we wanted and thoroughly enjoyed our drive home. I'd buy from Mercedes of Ft. Lauderdale again... on a Wednesday at 11am.

I was very worried because suddenly the power steering stopped working and had an screen message saying that the system was not working. Fortunately I was very close to my home (about 600 feet) and I drove until the condo. I called Mercedes Benz Fort Lauderdale and obtained very rapidly an appointment for next day. I was welcomed by Polo who take care of my car and I find that was very professional, friendly and efficient. H made arrangements to facilitate transportation to my residence and back to Mercedes. I am a customer of Fort Lauderdale Mercedes-Benz for over 20 years, Seems to change the management service is horrible absolutely horrible!! I least a GLS 450 2020 and I realize that the tires that I have on the vehicle is falling apart pieces of rubber are peeling off and the car is shaking. I went to the store and I spoke to the service manager by name Orlando, When he saw my tires he asked me who put these tires on my vehicle, He told me that the tires are not below to Mercedes and he need to check it out. He called me the next day and he told me that this is a new brand that Mercedes start using and I’m not the only one that complained about that issue with that brand. He’s apologized to me and my 4 tires was change two new ones and I also got alignment and balance for no charge. Four months later which is 5000 miles later I start having the same issue with the New tires(when they replaced me the tire they give me the same brand which I have a problem with) I went to the store again and I realize that Orlando is not longer working there. I spoke with the service manager my name Mary. Oh he was looking at my tires she took some photos and she back with me a few days later telling me that what you can do it’s only to replace me two tires for free and I will need to pay for the other 2 and also that I need to pay for balance and alignment. This is ridiculous being $1500 a month for a car which is not even safe to drive!! I told her that I’m not willing to pay for anything and all I want is the four new tires with the recognize name brand.- The tires is breaking apart, Pieces of rubber hanging out. I must’ve mentioned that I’m driving over 35 years I am not a rough driver and 99% of my driving is on the highway. Something is fishy regard that brand of tires even when I went to the store the first time the old service manager told me that these tires are not below to Mercedes, then he find out that this is a new brand did Mercedes start using with .as I mentioned in the beginning of the review. I asked her to send me an email with her lousy offer and I was waiting for over a week for her to send it and she never did. I called the store again and Iris was asking to talk to the general manager until today which is over a week he never got back with me. I decide to call again to Mari this morning and she told me that nothing change and that’s the offer…. I asked her to put my cousin on the line with us and she refuses to put him on the line and she threatened to hang up the phone if I put another person on the line with us. She hung up the phone on me and I never heard back from her I left another message to the general manager of the store and he’s never get back with me. I do have another car in the meantime my GLS is parking in my garage because I don’t like to risk my three kids riding the car with defective tires. In the meantime I will give them till the end of the week and if it’s not gonna be resolved I will contact Mercedes USA along with my lawyer to handle this issue. This is a safety matter!!! Mari the service manager represent the store totally horrible!!! She was trying to bargain with me about the two other tires on top of my kids safety.!! As I mentioned before GENERAL MANAGER NEVER CALL BACK.. I will keep updates and adding to this review and I will keep you guys posted if anything change.. *** I was able to get a hold of the store manager this morning only by calling him from my office number so I was able to get a hold of him…. They don’t wanna replace me entire tires and he offer me the same thing that Mary Offer-me. I asked him why they replaced my 4 tires 4 months ago ,what’s the difference between then and now… His answer was that he was not part of the conversation between me and Orlando so I ask him to take a look and his computer for my vehicle service record and he will be able to see it. He refused to do so and he told me that he need to end the conversion.

Sent my car for servicing, expecting to get it back the next day, after being warned that they have a back up as their system were down the day before. I left 2 voicemails + text my service advisor twice for update on time I can go pick up my car. Finally managed to get hold of him and was told that my car was ready for pick up hours ago. I have had no responses to my past vm or text. When I went to pick up my car, took 45 mins to find my car. Overall a really bad experience. However the staff (except the service advisor) were helpful and super apologetic when they couldn?t find my car.

Overall this is a well run place with likable staff. The service Dept is good at what it does but everything is expensive to fix or maintain. My additional warranty costs plenty but not sure what provides me with. The car broke down twice for the same reason (the computer wasn?t functioning). Once on the 95 on ramp in Miami/Doral area and they couldn?t send anyone to pick me up ! Neither could their sister dealership in Miami (truly the worst customer service there!!!), I was literally alone & stranded! Some covid bs excuse Anyway, I finally got me a tow which cost me over $250 and someone had to come and get me. It was an awful experience!

From start to finish the experience was pleasant, accommodating and rewarding as my seats were fixed, vehicle washed and running perfectly. Although I never “see” the mechanics, I hope they know how much they are appreciated! My cost was a bit over $3,200.00 and worth it!

Let me start by saying reviews from me are very rare, I seldom do them good or bad but I was so inclined in this case it was only fair to recognize 5 star service when it's provided and in this case all free, more than doubling it's potential value. I was in a position to drop into Mercedes Benz of Ft. Lauderdale while waiting for my wife to return from a flight that she was flying round trip in the same day and it wasn't worth driving all the way back to our house so I stayed local to save time and money and this fit in perfectly in getting this service completed. With that in mind we don't live anywhere near this dealership nearly 200 miles away and there are no Benz dealerships any closer to us. Due to a sudden breakdown of my other vehicle the day before (a newer 2010 GM product in a similar class to the E350 model) I was forced to drive my 2006 Mercedes E350. That in fact is why my need to visit them, my Mercedes had an issue of it's own. I recently acquired it a few months ago and it has high mileage of which this Mercedes model and year has a very techy brake system referred to as SBC that counts your brake depressions and then at that limit requires service, bad part or not. To Mercedes credit my research indicated that they had significantly extended their warranty on this previously very expensive brake pump part and service and I had some time so decided to drop into this dealership close to the airport. I spoke to the service department, specifically service adviser Robert Blair and without hesitation, argument, any denials or usually required disclaimers he immediately assisted me and though I had to wait a fair amount of time unavoidably due to the length of repair and so forth, he confirmed parts in stock, confirmed meeting time constraints I explained I was under and ultimately they met ALL of the deadlines etc. and my car was soon returned with a nice wash and fully functional and safe for our trip back home. I was very impressed and satisfied and working on very little sleep having to leave very early to catch my wife's international flight so that lifted my energy levels quite a bit. Can't see how it could be anymore stress free.

When I went to purchase a new car, I was initially disappointed that there were none of what I was looking for available. Terrible service. Service advisor was Michael Ferraro. Mr Ferraro doesn’t return phone calls - didn’t keep me updated on status of repairs to my vehicle when dealership had difficulty getting parts necessary to complete repair. After the dealership had my car for a month - my text message inquiring about status of repairs and if part had been received - was answered with “not yet”. Two phone calls to dealership manager, Mr.Hummel, were unanswered - but received an answer from “Mary” who identified herself as the service manager. I had been told just a few days earlier there currently was no service manager, the previous service manager “Orlando” had left. Mary said she would talk to the parts manager about getting the part necessary to complete my repair. Mary called back the following day stating they were expecting the part to be delivered the next day - it did arrive the next day as she thought it would - and the repair was completed - why couldn’t Mr Ferraro have followed through before this? It was necessary for me to pick up the vehicle after the service dept. had closed - but I was advised there would be no problem picking up my car from the sales dept. When I arrived to pick up my car, the young lady in sales was new and wasn’t able to get the computer to take the payment for the service. I had to return to the dealership the following day to pay for my service. When I got home and looked at the service papers I was given - I noticed errors in stated miles on the odometer - also it stated that one of my tires was bad (I had 4 new tires put on the car less than a week before it went in for repair) - AND - attached to my service papers - I had the service paper of another client - and what look like an inventory sheet regal one of their vehicles for sale. To add to all this - I found a significant scratch/dent On my car that I don’t remember ever seeing before. Also - called Auto Nation Corporate office to place complaint - spoke with young lady named “Socorro” who took all the information promising that I would receive a call back within 48 business hours - it’s now six weeks since that call - and no call back was received. Not a happy client ☹️

Called Chris Jablonski and told him I needed tires. He looked up his inventory and said the tires were in stock. He told me to come in and he could have them replaced the same day. I went to the dealership the same day and within two hours my vehicle had two tires mounted and balanced. To round out the service I got a comp car wash.

Taking your car to the dealer when you're out of warranty is such a scam. Don't waste your time. I took my car in for 2 issues - my bluetooth kept disconnecting and also my windshield wiper liquid was not dispensing. I was advised the cost would be $289 just to find out what the problem was but that it would be applied to the repair. I was told the repair of the bluetooth issue was going to be $6,150 and the part was on back order so it could be months before it could be fixed. Obviously I did not go with the repair. I asked about the windshield wiper fluid and he said that was just jammed and it would be about $147 to have fixed. When I asked if it could just be deducted from the $289 like he told me when I dropped off the vehicle he said no because the $289 only applied to my bluetooth issue. The total cost ended up being $347 - $289 for the 'diagnostic' plus $34 'shop charge' plus taxes. And to top it off, they said they would 'detail' the car prior to pick up. When I picked it up they had just vaccumed the front but left the back as is. Never again!

This Mercedes Benz dealership was the fastest and most reliable. Had a flat tire which roadside assistance took the vehicle to this service center. (usually visit the Miami Dade locations) I was so impressed by Bill and this facility. Prompt service, understood the issue, resolved the issue and was crystal clear on instructions/pricing. The ease of knowing the vehicle was being taken care by Bill ,to facilitate every step truly shows he's a great asset to this location.

The service team always explains what they want to do and why. The only issue I have is that repairs are solely focused on years or miles and often the car is not in either category and the owner is kind of frightened into doing a maintenance event that they might be able to wait on.

I do not recommend the service dept. I dropped my 2013 GL450 (88k miles) on Thursday 1:30 because my check engine light was on. Never heard from anyone until I called Monday afternoon . I was told “oil was wicking up the wiring harness and it was recommended that I have the wiring harness replaced for $9,000.00. 🤔 won’t oil wick up the new wiring harness? Doesn’t that mean there is an oil leak somewhere? Ultimately my advisor said I could still drive my vehicle, just that the oil was making the sensors go off causing the check engine light come on. He said they cleaned it and the check engine light was off. So I picked it up on Tuesday afternoon. I pay my bill - diagnostic fee $235. I see on the bill “the condition of your brakes indicate that they may be close to needing replacement “. My front and rear brakes and rotors were replaced about 2 months ago so clearly no one actually looked at my brakes. And when I got in my vehicle the check engine light is still on. I will be looking elsewhere for service.

Terrible waste of time. The dealership made me fix a $3000 part that had no relevance to the issue my car was having. The mechanic tried to say that this was necessary, but my car was still having the same issues when I got home. He straight up lied about the issue and when I asked him to continue fixing the issue they had the NERVE to ask for more money. PLEASE IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY DO NOT GO HERE. You will be swindled like crazy, there is no help at this place and you will get jerked around forever.

I went to the dealership today 11/26/2021 to buy an used E350 priced $29.994. The sales person (Joe Green) was very attentive while I was there and tried to work with me to get the deal done (my intension was to buy it today). Joe calculated the payment with a $3,000 down payment and a 5% interest rate for a monthly payment of $483.00. Everything was going well until the Financial Manager (Stephanie Thompson) told me that it was impossible to get the car at that monthly payment. She lied to me in my face saying that my credit score was 600 (when it's not) and that even with a 0% interest would never get to that monthly payment for an used car of that price. Then she said that I could buy a less expensive car under those conditions. I confronted her about the calculation done by the sales person and when she asked what method did he used I told her the car payments calculator in the computer. She kept lying to me about the payments ( she wanted me to pay over $624 a month even when she wasn't making any sense with her numbers (by the way, all this without even having the bank"s offer). Mercedes Benz of Ft. Lauderdale just lost a $30,000 deal, without counting the dealer"s fees because of her. She literally tried to screw me over. If you go there, always go with your own finance plan or you might be her victim if you're not firm with your budget. I'm on my way to the Delray Beach dealer to see and possibly buy a E400 they just posted. I contacted the general manager and explained to him what happened. He asked me if I would be willing to do business if he could find a way to correct the situation. I agreed. He said that he'll be contacting me. Still waiting for his call. I would give -5 stars if I could.

Be aware about the scam they are running to make you pay 5k over MRSP price. My salesperson told me that all dealerships are doing this and if I want to buy a car I have to pay 5k more. I trust him, forgot that never believe a car salesperson. I just found out that Miami Mercedes dealership does not do it but it is too late, I already bought the car.

Their service department is great! I dropped off my (non-MB) vehicle after it needed to be jump-started twice on a Saturday morning. It was late in the day, so I knew they wouldn't be able to get to it that day. First thing Monday Rudy (Rodolfo) texted me with the diagnosis. I needed a new battery. The repair was completed quickly and the car was ready for pick up later that day. Rudy kept in constant communication with the status update of my car.

Terrible experience with this dealer. Went to view a car that is available for sale, reps were lost and had me wait for 15 mins before someone was available. Finally when they're ready to show me the car, they were not able to find the keys and simply said that they cannot show me the car so i had to leave. I lost a potentially good car and they lost a sale. They promised to follow up and no one called me back. They didn't even return my calls when i followed up.

Always a great experience. My running flat got a flat - from the sos call in the car - tow truck arrived in less than an hour and the dealership had my tire the next day. My car was washed and ready when I arrived. Xavier is my service advisor and is great. They are usually out of loaners if not scheduled weeks in advance 😔

I said that there should be a mistake. Finance checked the contracts and noticed that I was shown the prepaid agreement, but on the contract the booked only the oil change contract. Unfortunately at that point no one could help me. I paid for the service on the car today (June 22, 2021) and until now no response from Autonation. Mercedes-Benz is saying that is up to the dealer to resolve the situation. There are good people out there, but there are also bad... keep your eyes open when dealing with this company.

Unfortunately, all the people that leave glorious reviews on Facebook know nothing about cars and have no clue about the quality of work their cars get. I made multiple warranty visits to the dealer and there wasn’t a single time when I didn’t have to fix smth after my service visit. It will take forever to list everything they messed up on. Try to avoid any AUTONATION dealership at all cost. In case there is no other option make sure you do your best by checking any missing bolts/screws on your car before you leave the dealership. It would be even better if you bring a knowledgeable person that can verify you car is actually good to go. Be particularly cautious when it comes to any work that involves wheels/tires removal/installation. You may end up in the ditch or even worse otherwise.

I made the appointment, they took my car and 2 days later the car was sitting there without having been worked on. when I complained they basically told me they were the busiest dealership in Florida and that was that. The vehicle was brought to the dealership by the mechanic to reprogram the rear SAM. First they could not locate the vehicle when he went to collect it. The price quoted on the phone was $200, the final bill was $360, They did not put back the wiring for the lighting system. The SAM was not put back in its proper place, everything was just left out in the trunk. Now we are getting several warnings on the dashboard such as check engine light and phone off., and it's showing that the lift gate is open when it is closed. The actuator on the rear lift gate (trunk) is not working, there was no problem with the lift gate prior to the vehicle being taken to them.

My 2017 M-B developed some warning light "issues" as we drove to Ft. Lauderdale. At 34K miles this was the first time had any issues with a Benz and have had about 7 Mercedes - all new.. Service technician Rudy restored my faith in the brand. When I checked in they told me Rudy would come get me "soon." 20 minutes later I tracked down Rudy and the check-in individual had not told him I was there as per appointment. Once got in contact with Rudy, all went VERY well. He was very pleasant, professional and effective. He called me twice with updates - both timely and accurate as to what was diagnosed and when vehicle would be ready. I have 10 personal cars and trucks so I have many service experiences. Overall, this was the best I have had in years. Great job Rudy - I am back happy with the M-B brand. .
