Took my 2011 G-class to have two electrical problems repaired. Mr. Chris Jablonski was my service adviser. The problems both turned out to be buried in settings. Chris fixed both faults. It impressed me that he listened to me, understood the problems, and repaired them on a vehicle that ?old.? All of that, and just a wonderful chap with whom to speak. Would strongly recommend him!

I cannot begin to describe how incredibly disappointed I am with my experience here. After waiting four hours for my car to be finished, on the drive home, the air tire pressure started to drop dramatically. I couldn't go back because by the time I got there they would be closed (again, I waited there for four hours). So I now have to go and get a new tire or this tire repaired this morning....and my tires were perfectly fine (with only 5k miles on them) when I took them in to be serviced. But, not only did they somehow puncture my tire, but I also noticed when I got home that they had scratched up my rear break light cover. And, perhaps most annoying, they didn't even bother to reset the onboard computer during the service. So every time I get in to drive, it says "service overdue" still. If they couldn't be bothered to do that very simple thing, I wonder what else they didn't do (but charged me for). My advice would be to avoid this place at all costs. I certainly will going forward.

I had my car for the check engine on for 3 times. I do have extended warranty and they still wanted to charge me for the parts and labor. I had to call my warranty and proof that i am covered and finally after 3 weeks they fixed my car. The very disappointing was when they try to replace my battery for no reason . I been to the store and test the battery and was in perfect condition. That's ashamed!

My service advisor is Christopher J. My car had to spend a few weeks at MB Fort Lauderdale because it was ultimately determined a part was needed from Germany to repair the issue. Christopher communicated with me every afternoon providing me an update on the work performed as well as the status on the part delivery. He was always very professional, respectful, and candid in all his communications with me. He also ensured I had no problem/issues with keeping the loaner vehicle throughout the servicing. It is a great pleasure to have a service advisor who is well educated, well spoken, and attentive to the needs of a client. I brought my Mercedes E450 2020 convertible in for normal maintenance on 4/14. I also stated that there was a ticking noise when the engine was cold. They performed the maintenance and kept the vehicle over night to determine the problem. They provided a no cost loaner. It took approximately two weeks to determine the problem and correction needed. A cylinder head needed to be replaced. It was another two weeks to acquire the part and install. The work was completed properly. I picked up my vehicle on 5/16. I discovered the following day that I had two thin scratches on the rear quarter panel that had been covered with touch up paint. The vehicle had no marks when dropped off, and I certainly never used touch up paint on the vehicle. The steering wheel and inside drivers side door were also filthy from grease stains. I recently purchased a 2022 MB 300C couple white sports car at Fort Lauderdale MB. It is a beautiful car, handles fantastic with pick up and comfort. The saddle color leather seats are amazing as is the stereo system. I am so happy to be driving this car. I have had a previous MB from here and really like the service department. Alex was my salesman and has helped me to be informed of all the new electronics and the new MB app which is an added bonus.

Charlie was a pleasure to deal with, but Mercedes-Benz managers are liars. A deal agreement was made and then for some excuse and even trying to blame Charlie after he received approval from management the night before, was informed the next morning that we cannot have the deal. The irony is that we were ready to sign but the salesman had an appt come in. So complete disregard for the customer.

I am a customer of Fort Lauderdale Mercedes-Benz for over 20 years, Seems to change the management service is horrible absolutely horrible!! I least a GLS 450 2020 and I realize that the tires that I have on the vehicle is falling apart pieces of rubber are peeling off and the car is shaking. I went to the store and I spoke to the service manager by name Orlando, When he saw my tires he asked me who put these tires on my vehicle, He told me that the tires are not below to Mercedes and he need to check it out. He called me the next day and he told me that this is a new brand that Mercedes start using and I’m not the only one that complained about that issue with that brand. He’s apologized to me and my 4 tires was change two new ones and I also got alignment and balance for no charge. Four months later which is 5000 miles later I start having the same issue with the New tires(when they replaced me the tire they give me the same brand which I have a problem with) I went to the store again and I realize that Orlando is not longer working there. I spoke with the service manager my name Mary. Oh he was looking at my tires she took some photos and she back with me a few days later telling me that what you can do it’s only to replace me two tires for free and I will need to pay for the other 2 and also that I need to pay for balance and alignment. This is ridiculous being $1500 a month for a car which is not even safe to drive!! I told her that I’m not willing to pay for anything and all I want is the four new tires with the recognize name brand.- The tires is breaking apart, Pieces of rubber hanging out. I must’ve mentioned that I’m driving over 35 years I am not a rough driver and 99% of my driving is on the highway. Something is fishy regard that brand of tires even when I went to the store the first time the old service manager told me that these tires are not below to Mercedes, then he find out that this is a new brand did Mercedes start using with .as I mentioned in the beginning of the review. I asked her to send me an email with her lousy offer and I was waiting for over a week for her to send it and she never did. I called the store again and Iris was asking to talk to the general manager until today which is over a week he never got back with me. I decide to call again to Mari this morning and she told me that nothing change and that’s the offer…. I asked her to put my cousin on the line with us and she refuses to put him on the line and she threatened to hang up the phone if I put another person on the line with us. She hung up the phone on me and I never heard back from her I left another message to the general manager of the store and he’s never get back with me. I do have another car in the meantime my GLS is parking in my garage because I don’t like to risk my three kids riding the car with defective tires. In the meantime I will give them till the end of the week and if it’s not gonna be resolved I will contact Mercedes USA along with my lawyer to handle this issue. This is a safety matter!!! Mari the service manager represent the store totally horrible!!! She was trying to bargain with me about the two other tires on top of my kids safety.!! As I mentioned before GENERAL MANAGER NEVER CALL BACK.. I will keep updates and adding to this review and I will keep you guys posted if anything change.. *** I was able to get a hold of the store manager this morning only by calling him from my office number so I was able to get a hold of him…. They don’t wanna replace me entire tires and he offer me the same thing that Mary Offer-me. I asked him why they replaced my 4 tires 4 months ago ,what’s the difference between then and now… His answer was that he was not part of the conversation between me and Orlando so I ask him to take a look and his computer for my vehicle service record and he will be able to see it. He refused to do so and he told me that he need to end the conversion.

Received this email from the purchasing manager at this dealership “Your Jeep may be worth more than what KBB has shown you. I can maximize your value with an inspection and have a check in your hands within an hour.” I called and made an appointment, showed up on time and was told by the receptionist I would be working with a different rep. They could find my appointment after 30mins they finally took the car back and 5 minutes later handed me a piece of paper with an offer 30% below market with no explanation. I went to car max that same day and sold for 10k more than the offer they gave me.

I was notified that my airbag was ready for recall replacement. After getting up early and waiting for 1 hour in the lobby I was told my airbag was not in stock and I would have to wait again. The rep I was assigned also did not remove the airbag service from the work order for my car which makes me wonder if this has been entered on the cars record as serviced and billed to Mercedes. I asked for the work order to be updated and to be notified when the airbag was in and have not received a reply. This is one of the worst service experiences I've had a in a very long time. UPDATE: I was contacted by a staff member and after ordering the part and a second appointment, the service was performed.

I recently had my first annual service appointment for my 2021 Mercedes Benz GLA 250 under my prepaid service agreement. I had the service performed at at Fort Lauderdale Mercedes Benz. My service adviser is Chris Jablonski, and everything went smoothly. The service department commits to completing regularly scheduled service appointments within two hours, and they delivered -- the service was completed in about 90 minutes! The waiting room at Fort Lauderdale Mercedes Benz is very comfortable and has nice amenities. Chris kept me posted periodically on the progress on the servicing, which was appreciated. There was no additional cost, since the service was done under my prepaid agreement. In sum, this was as good an experience as I could want. Thank you, Chris Jablonski and the whole service department team that worked on my car!

I came there with approval already from the bank, worked out the numbers with them, and came straight there know idling exactly how much I was to be able to get and what car I wanted. Once there, I say with someone, went over all the information with him, even gave him my draft. I should have been able to leave that night with the car. He did not look through the paperwork and gave me a paper to make my bank sign. I come back the next day and print the paperwork and give it to him again (same paperwork) and he accepted it without me having to sign the form he gave me. Now, we go over the car I wanted and he says I have to put down 3x the down payment than I am supposed to. I paid it because I didn’t want the car to sell but I wanted to call my bank on Monday because I shouldn’t have paid that much. I then wait until Monday, thay was Saturday mind you, so now I wait til Monday call my bank and they tell me I wasn’t supposed to put anything down. I then have to have my bank call them to explain it to them directly and I got reimbursed. The point is, I told them at least 3x what the parameters of my draft was and they didn’t listen. It’s been a week and I haven’t received my car and I continuously get emails about how does my car drive and how is my driving experience. It’s a dealership, I get it. Just make sure you go there knowing what you want and don’t be swindled.

Sent my car for servicing, expecting to get it back the next day, after being warned that they have a back up as their system were down the day before. I left 2 voicemails + text my service advisor twice for update on time I can go pick up my car. Finally managed to get hold of him and was told that my car was ready for pick up hours ago. I have had no responses to my past vm or text. When I went to pick up my car, took 45 mins to find my car. Overall a really bad experience. However the staff (except the service advisor) were helpful and super apologetic when they couldn?t find my car.

I knew that I needed a new tire because it was worn, and I needed an alignment to be done so when I arrived at the service dept I was well taken care of and I had new tires put on my car and the alignment was done also. All was fine the staff is professional, helpful and courteous

Overall this is a well run place with likable staff. The service Dept is good at what it does but everything is expensive to fix or maintain. My additional warranty costs plenty but not sure what provides me with. The car broke down twice for the same reason (the computer wasn?t functioning). Once on the 95 on ramp in Miami/Doral area and they couldn?t send anyone to pick me up ! Neither could their sister dealership in Miami (truly the worst customer service there!!!), I was literally alone & stranded! Some covid bs excuse Anyway, I finally got me a tow which cost me over $250 and someone had to come and get me. It was an awful experience!

I recently took my Mercedes E350 into Mercedes of Fort Lauderdale due to the fact that the car did not start. They replaced the alternator. The intermittent starting issue continued and I had to take the car back. They told me that there was nothing wrong and I got the car back. It was frustrating that they problem continued thereafter. I was starting to loose faith into this dealership. However, that is when Orlando, the service manager stepped in and they did an advanced diagnostic. He provided me with a loaner car for a week. They replaced the battery free of charge due to the fact that I had to take the car in several times and the time it took to find the issue. Orlando made sure that I would be a happy customer again. Thank you and I will gladly recommend this dealership.

Service is Top Notch! I had a regular service and an issue with massaging seats on my GL 550. Robert Blair was my technician. From start to finish the experience was pleasant, accommodating and rewarding as my seats were fixed, vehicle washed and running perfectly. Although I never “see” the mechanics, I hope they know how much they are appreciated! My cost was a bit over $3,200.00 and worth it!

Let me start by saying reviews from me are very rare, I seldom do them good or bad but I was so inclined in this case it was only fair to recognize 5 star service when it's provided and in this case all free, more than doubling it's potential value. I was in a position to drop into Mercedes Benz of Ft. Lauderdale while waiting for my wife to return from a flight that she was flying round trip in the same day and it wasn't worth driving all the way back to our house so I stayed local to save time and money and this fit in perfectly in getting this service completed. With that in mind we don't live anywhere near this dealership nearly 200 miles away and there are no Benz dealerships any closer to us. Due to a sudden breakdown of my other vehicle the day before (a newer 2010 GM product in a similar class to the E350 model) I was forced to drive my 2006 Mercedes E350. That in fact is why my need to visit them, my Mercedes had an issue of it's own. I recently acquired it a few months ago and it has high mileage of which this Mercedes model and year has a very techy brake system referred to as SBC that counts your brake depressions and then at that limit requires service, bad part or not. To Mercedes credit my research indicated that they had significantly extended their warranty on this previously very expensive brake pump part and service and I had some time so decided to drop into this dealership close to the airport. I spoke to the service department, specifically service adviser Robert Blair and without hesitation, argument, any denials or usually required disclaimers he immediately assisted me and though I had to wait a fair amount of time unavoidably due to the length of repair and so forth, he confirmed parts in stock, confirmed meeting time constraints I explained I was under and ultimately they met ALL of the deadlines etc. and my car was soon returned with a nice wash and fully functional and safe for our trip back home. I was very impressed and satisfied and working on very little sleep having to leave very early to catch my wife's international flight so that lifted my energy levels quite a bit. Can't see how it could be anymore stress free.

When I went to purchase a new car, I was initially disappointed that there were none of what I was looking for available. I sat with my salesman and ordered a car and was able to choose exactly which options and colors I wanted. I was kept informed of the build process and when the car arrived it was nicer that I had imagined. The quality and style and comfort is amazing.

I went in for the 20K service. Location is great and I was attended to immediately, but disappointed that the service took over 2 hours. The appt was at 7:30am and it was not done until 9:45am, but I was told it would be 90 minutes. I do have to say that the supervisor really got things moving when he realized how long I had been there. Also, the service advisor did not tell me that my tires needed to be replaced. Only after I left and read the paperwork did I find this out. The paperwork indicated that I had “declined” the service when no such discussion had taken place.

I went there for Service A - that was completed. When I picked up my car I mentioned to the advisor that there was an issue with some of the roof molding. He said mention it to us the next time you are in. Why would have to come back? He did not get up from his desk to look at while I was in. He could care less. I was there - he could have looked at it - he did nothing!

Terrible service. Service advisor was Michael Ferraro. Mr Ferraro doesn’t return phone calls - didn’t keep me updated on status of repairs to my vehicle when dealership had difficulty getting parts necessary to complete repair. After the dealership had my car for a month - my text message inquiring about status of repairs and if part had been received - was answered with “not yet”. Two phone calls to dealership manager, Mr.Hummel, were unanswered - but received an answer from “Mary” who identified herself as the service manager. I had been told just a few days earlier there currently was no service manager, the previous service manager “Orlando” had left. Mary said she would talk to the parts manager about getting the part necessary to complete my repair. Mary called back the following day stating they were expecting the part to be delivered the next day - it did arrive the next day as she thought it would - and the repair was completed - why couldn’t Mr Ferraro have followed through before this? It was necessary for me to pick up the vehicle after the service dept. had closed - but I was advised there would be no problem picking up my car from the sales dept. When I arrived to pick up my car, the young lady in sales was new and wasn’t able to get the computer to take the payment for the service. I had to return to the dealership the following day to pay for my service. When I got home and looked at the service papers I was given - I noticed errors in stated miles on the odometer - also it stated that one of my tires was bad (I had 4 new tires put on the car less than a week before it went in for repair) - AND - attached to my service papers - I had the service paper of another client - and what look like an inventory sheet regal one of their vehicles for sale. To add to all this - I found a significant scratch/dent On my car that I don’t remember ever seeing before. Also - called Auto Nation Corporate office to place complaint - spoke with young lady named “Socorro” who took all the information promising that I would receive a call back within 48 business hours - it’s now six weeks since that call - and no call back was received. Not a happy client ☹️

Called Chris Jablonski and told him I needed tires. He looked up his inventory and said the tires were in stock. He told me to come in and he could have them replaced the same day. I went to the dealership the same day and within two hours my vehicle had two tires mounted and balanced. To round out the service I got a comp car wash.

I took my car in for 2 issues - my bluetooth kept disconnecting and also my windshield wiper liquid was not dispensing. I was advised the cost would be $289 just to find out what the problem was but that it would be applied to the repair. I was told the repair of the bluetooth issue was going to be $6,150 and the part was on back order so it could be months before it could be fixed. Obviously I did not go with the repair. I asked about the windshield wiper fluid and he said that was just jammed and it would be about $147 to have fixed. When I asked if it could just be deducted from the $289 like he told me when I dropped off the vehicle he said no because the $289 only applied to my bluetooth issue. The total cost ended up being $347 - $289 for the 'diagnostic' plus $34 'shop charge' plus taxes. And to top it off, they said they would 'detail' the car prior to pick up. When I picked it up they had just vaccumed the front but left the back as is. Never again!

This Mercedes Benz dealership was the fastest and most reliable. Had a flat tire which roadside assistance took the vehicle to this service center. (usually visit the Miami Dade locations) I was so impressed by Bill and this facility. Prompt service, understood the issue, resolved the issue and was crystal clear on instructions/pricing. The ease of knowing the vehicle was being taken care by Bill ,to facilitate every step truly shows he's a great asset to this location.

The service team always explains what they want to do and why. The only issue I have is that repairs are solely focused on years or miles and often the car is not in either category and the owner is kind of frightened into doing a maintenance event that they might be able to wait on.

I got an alert on my computer email that my battery in my 2019 Mercedes E class was malfunctioning. I called the Ft Lauderdale Mercedes dealership and was given an appointment immediately. My 3rd time returning my car for the same exact issue. This time they told me they fixed it but charged me $1000 saying it was my spark plugs. Then the same problem occurred the same day i picked my car back up. After they had it for almost a month.

I brought my Mercedes CLS550 in for an oil change, and was appalled by the price charged for the oil change along with the other non essential work conducted by the dealership. My invoice for this work was $327.39 (inv # 789155), which I thought was outrageous. When I confronted the service manager, he told me that Auto Nation charged me for a special additive that they found to be helpful and included a substantial labor fee for that installation (more than the cost of the motor oil and labor charge). I showed him the printed "admonishment warning" issued by Mobile 1 Oil with their product, cautioning against using any such additive; and a similar warning admonishment listed in the Mercedes CLS auto manual cautioning against using any such additive with Mobile 1, but the service manager could not be deterred and I was charged the full amount. That was the last oil change and work that I allowed Auto Nation to conduct on my vehicle. Simply speaking, they are dishonest!

Great experience with Manny Guzman as my advisor! I was a few minutes late to my appointment and they still accommodated me. They were very busy so I ended up waiting a few hours. however, EVERYONE checked on me to make sure I was comfortable. They even offered to send a Lyft to get food near by since it was lunch time. I’m a 4peat returning purchaser and this last purchase of my S-class was the smoothest transition ever. The salesman Lance, you must check him out. Together we sat down and built my dream car and the Finance manager Randy closed the deal. I’ll forever purchase all my cars just from this dealership from now on.

I had a Saturday appointment for the 30k mile service. The service advisor was friendly and accommodating, as always. After I received a call that the car was ready, I sat with my advisor for a while and paid my bill. Then -- drum roll -- it took them 25 minutes (!) to deliver the vehicle to me AND the tires were not properly inflated (32 psi instead of 40, 38 psi instead of 48). Some lube job and safety check!! Ridiculous!!

I took my mother's 560 SEL convertible in there for her for service. She needed new tires they wanted to charge your 1200 for four new tires yeah they're good tires they were InterContinental. I called her and I said I could get as good or better tire than that for about 700 bucks. So what I'm saying is is that you know that's just ridiculous charging an upcharge like that for tires I can understand being a mechanic on a Mercedes and charging big money but tires?

Tony Guevara was my Knight in shining armour! Like many other buyers i had the unfortunate experience with meeting unethical and commission driven salesmen. Tony has set the bar incredible high. His approach to car sales is unlike many dealerships I visited in the past 4 weeks (5 to be exact). From the moment that I inquired over the phone, to driving and eventually driving off the lot (the same day! - 2/25/22). Tony Guevara has been very attentive, incredibly responsive and entirely vested in ensuring that my Mercedes Benz experience was first rate! He personally saw to it that my vehicle was thoroughly inspected and prepped, and that all of my concerns were completely addressed. Unfortunately a few days later (03/02/22) we had a faulty headlamp sensor and it needed to be replace. Im hoping to have my vehicle back today. I was able to easily make an appointment on their website. Worst service I’ve ever got. I’ve just bought the vehicle and headed there same day to get the regular oil change and I had to pay for an inspection too although I was told that there were free inspections with the oil change . Then I had the representative contact me and tell me that I had a bad battery and he replaced for free and that’s why I had a check engine light I thanked him and asked me if I wanted to do a further inspection for a parking sensor that’s gonna cost $999 so I told him let’s just leave it like that because I was gonna report to the dealer and they should take care of that since I only had it for a couple of hours and went to pick it up To find that there’s still a check engine light on and the car is not even clean it’s even has some grease on it. Mind you that I had 3 days to contact the dealer and have them pay for whatever since I bought it certified and I was told to come back the next day and informed the gentleman who helped me when I was picking it up that I have only one day left to contact the dealer for reimbursement and he told me that it’s better to deal with the same representative that helped me at first I told I’d rather you’d check it and he didn’t mind to be honest it’s just he was trying to be courteous to his colleague and he told me that it might be because of the sensor but Im sorry I done believe it cause I didn’t see any codes or anything on the report that I got. And I go the next day he wouldn’t even take the car from me he just called someone and repeated what he said earlier and then sits me down to talk to me about extended warranty. Now I Can’t contact the original seller cause I’m out of time thank you very much. —————— I was just contacted by Norah and she had Rudy turn the whole thing around for me .. now I have a happy Mercedes :)

I have been going here for at least 15 years and the service has deteriorated, the cashiers are rude,she actually rolled her eyes when asked a question about the car, like are you stupid. It took 45 minutes to get my car after it was paid for. I was assigned a new service advisor who was MIA when we showed up and when we left. I miss Anja, who has extraordinary customer service.

I experienced a flat tire after business hours at least 20+ miles away from my home. I was able to contact roadside assistance and a tow truck came out and took to my dealership for servicing. I found it a little disorganized. I put my car to do the service of the dark windows at 10 in the morning. they were supposed to deliver the car to me ready at 3 pm but they would call me. Was quoted a price to replace a radiator on a 1990 MB 560SEL . The actual price came in $400.00 higher with exceptions to the scope of work completed . In discussing with the service rep he denied the $ lesser quote price and stated that perhaps I was light headed due to a funeral that I had attended prior to car pickup. I have been in the service business handling high end individuals for over 40 years and I will say I have never experience such a service failure without a response. I delivered a vehicle for one of my customers for service without a scratch on it for Service. When I picked it up in their dark service area I didn't notice anything wrong with the vehicle. When I arrived at my destination I noticed a dent on the passenger door and sent an email to R. Whitaker regarding the damage. I also sent pictures to show the damage and informed the owner B. I went to see a Mercedes G Wagon at the dealership. The window sticker shows the MSRP of 140k but on a separate column on the right side of the sticker they added a price adjustment of 100k. Total price now $240k…..100k over the MSRP. I never seen this from an official dealership! They are doing a good job helping the inflation. It is a legal way of price gouging because on the Mercedes official website this car is still $140k when you build a new one so it is misleading. They tell you that this is the last year that the Mercedes G Wagon will be produced for the USA and it is a lie I spoke with Mercedes North America and they confirmed that you can build a brand new G wagon.

I do not recommend the service dept. I dropped my 2013 GL450 (88k miles) on Thursday 1:30 because my check engine light was on. Never heard from anyone until I called Monday afternoon . I was told “oil was wicking up the wiring harness and it was recommended that I have the wiring harness replaced for $9,000.00. 🤔 won’t oil wick up the new wiring harness? Doesn’t that mean there is an oil leak somewhere? Ultimately my advisor said I could still drive my vehicle, just that the oil was making the sensors go off causing the check engine light come on. He said they cleaned it and the check engine light was off. So I picked it up on Tuesday afternoon. I pay my bill - diagnostic fee $235. I see on the bill “the condition of your brakes indicate that they may be close to needing replacement “. My front and rear brakes and rotors were replaced about 2 months ago so clearly no one actually looked at my brakes. And when I got in my vehicle the check engine light is still on. I will be looking elsewhere for service.

Terrible waste of time. The dealership made me fix a $3000 part that had no relevance to the issue my car was having. The mechanic tried to say that this was necessary, but my car was still having the same issues when I got home. He straight up lied about the issue and when I asked him to continue fixing the issue they had the NERVE to ask for more money. PLEASE IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY DO NOT GO HERE. You will be swindled like crazy, there is no help at this place and you will get jerked around forever.

I went to the dealership today 11/26/2021 to buy an used E350 priced $29.994. The sales person (Joe Green) was very attentive while I was there and tried to work with me to get the deal done (my intension was to buy it today). Joe calculated the payment with a $3,000 down payment and a 5% interest rate for a monthly payment of $483.00. Everything was going well until the Financial Manager (Stephanie Thompson) told me that it was impossible to get the car at that monthly payment. She lied to me in my face saying that my credit score was 600 (when it's not) and that even with a 0% interest would never get to that monthly payment for an used car of that price. Then she said that I could buy a less expensive car under those conditions. I confronted her about the calculation done by the sales person and when she asked what method did he used I told her the car payments calculator in the computer. She kept lying to me about the payments ( she wanted me to pay over $624 a month even when she wasn't making any sense with her numbers (by the way, all this without even having the bank"s offer). Mercedes Benz of Ft. Lauderdale just lost a $30,000 deal, without counting the dealer"s fees because of her. She literally tried to screw me over. If you go there, always go with your own finance plan or you might be her victim if you're not firm with your budget. I'm on my way to the Delray Beach dealer to see and possibly buy a E400 they just posted. I contacted the general manager and explained to him what happened. He asked me if I would be willing to do business if he could find a way to correct the situation. I agreed. He said that he'll be contacting me. Still waiting for his call. I would give -5 stars if I could.

Be aware about the scam they are running to make you pay 5k over MRSP price. My salesperson told me that all dealerships are doing this and if I want to buy a car I have to pay 5k more. I trust him, forgot that never believe a car salesperson. I just found out that Miami Mercedes dealership does not do it but it is too late, I already bought the car.

Their service department is great! I dropped off my (non-MB) vehicle after it needed to be jump-started twice on a Saturday morning. It was late in the day, so I knew they wouldn't be able to get to it that day. First thing Monday Rudy (Rodolfo) texted me with the diagnosis. I needed a new battery. The repair was completed quickly and the car was ready for pick up later that day. Rudy kept in constant communication with the status update of my car.

Terrible experience with this dealer. Went to view a car that is available for sale, reps were lost and had me wait for 15 mins before someone was available. Finally when they're ready to show me the car, they were not able to find the keys and simply said that they cannot show me the car so i had to leave. I lost a potentially good car and they lost a sale. They promised to follow up and no one called me back. They didn't even return my calls when i followed up.

Always a great experience. My running flat got a flat - from the sos call in the car - tow truck arrived in less than an hour and the dealership had my tire the next day. On Friday June 17 2021, I went for service just to find out that the prepaid service I paid a few thousand $$$, was only for a $40 oil change that the dealer no longer carries. I said that there should be a mistake. Finance checked the contracts and noticed that I was shown the prepaid agreement, but on the contract the booked only the oil change contract. Unfortunately at that point no one could help me. I paid for the service on the car today (June 22, 2021) and until now no response from Autonation. Mercedes-Benz is saying that is up to the dealer to resolve the situation. There are good people out there, but there are also bad... keep your eyes open when dealing with this company.

My regular service guy, Malik was on vacation so Rudy took good care of me. I got there in the morning. My only concern was that I was told later in the afternoon that I might have to leave the car overnight because they were really busy. I couldn't accept that because I needed the car and I also could not understand why a mere battery replacement would require I leave the car overnight. I would rate my overall experience close to a 5 because as I was able to leave the dealership with the specific terms that I was able to successfully negotiate. This was my third vehicle purchased from this dealership; all vehicles were new. Although the Salesperson provided excellent customer service, it appears the finance team dropped the ball by not processing the paperwork consistent with standard industry practices, and in the manner initially requested by the first lien holder.

I bought a 2015 Certified S600 on 04/25/2021 from the Mercedes-Benz of Fort Lauderdale and bought an extra extended guarantee. One day after picking up the car, I noticed that the dashboard was broken/ damaged. I contacted the dealear/s manager but declined to fix it. I do not believe it?s a good/ fair business practice to sell an inspected certified high end vehicle and expect the customer to spend a significant amount of money on repairs that have not been done or at least disclosed before the transaction. Unfortunately, all the people that leave glorious reviews on Facebook know nothing about cars and have no clue about the quality of work their cars get. I made multiple warranty visits to the dealer and there wasn’t a single time when I didn’t have to fix smth after my service visit. It will take forever to list everything they messed up on. Try to avoid any AUTONATION dealership at all cost. In case there is no other option make sure you do your best by checking any missing bolts/screws on your car before you leave the dealership. It would be even better if you bring a knowledgeable person that can verify you car is actually good to go. Be particularly cautious when it comes to any work that involves wheels/tires removal/installation. You may end up in the ditch or even worse otherwise.

It?s funny that Mercedes Benz of Fort Lauderdale keeps sending me automated emails asking for my opinion or review and never actually reads it as I filed an official complaint through DIVISION OF MOTORIST SERVICES and BBB: I got a vehicle which doesn?t have a hands free opening trunk feature which I was told it has, there is a stain on the wooden panel and also there is an annoying sound the car makes when driving at certain speed. None of those concerns were addressed by the dealer and the ?earliest? the can fix the panel aka Israel a new one with no stain- in 4 (!) month. Now, imagine you paying for a NEW PERFECT car and keep doing so while it has stains, it doesn?t feel promised features and makes sounds that drives you crazy - what would you do? Last thing to write a review, but you kept insisting and sending me all these emails about survey etc. So here you are - my honest review.

Passenger front airbag showed a malfunction so I called to schedule a repair. They were great (Brandon) and got me an appointment for the next day. Parts didn?t come in for 5 days to replace the whole thing but they repaired it the same day they got the parts. Would?ve been nice to have a loaner car for the 5 days but there were none available. Overall though I have to say they were great.

The vehicle was brought to the dealership by the mechanic to reprogram the rear SAM. First they could not locate the vehicle when he went to collect it. The price quoted on the phone was $200, the final bill was $360, They did not put back the wiring for the lighting system. The SAM was not put back in its proper place, everything was just left out in the trunk. Now we are getting several warnings on the dashboard such as check engine light and phone off., and it's showing that the lift gate is open when it is closed. The actuator on the rear lift gate (trunk) is not working, there was no problem with the lift gate prior to the vehicle being taken to them.

My 2017 M-B developed some warning light "issues" as we drove to Ft. Lauderdale. At 34K miles this was the first time had any issues with a Benz and have had about 7 Mercedes - all new.. Service technician Rudy restored my faith in the brand. When I checked in they told me Rudy would come get me "soon." 20 minutes later I tracked down Rudy and the check-in individual had not told him I was there as per appointment. Once got in contact with Rudy, all went VERY well. He was very pleasant, professional and effective. He called me twice with updates - both timely and accurate as to what was diagnosed and when vehicle would be ready. I have 10 personal cars and trucks so I have many service experiences. Overall, this was the best I have had in years. Great job Rudy - I am back happy with the M-B brand. .

I purchased a car a couple weeks ago from AutoNation Mercedes of Fort Lauderdale. I think it's my third. It will be my last purchase from them. Since they merged to join the AutoNation family it's not as good it's not the same and they will no longer help me as a customer going forward. They called me two days after the purchase and I was having a problem with air pressure while driving north. When they asked in their calll if I was happy with the car and they just wanted to know etc.. I told them of the warning lights and asked if they could search for a dealer. They pretty much said since there's no AutoNation around. 'no'.. I know how to resolve this. But there will be no third or fourth purchase. I will search for a Mercedes/BMW dealership not affiliated with AutoNation.

They first told me the entered warranty lapsed. Then they said it didn’t lapse but only covered a portion. At the week three mark after threatening to sue they suddenly found my warranty info. One day of repairs and they had my car for three weeks. I will never go back there again as this was not my first bad service experience at this dealership.

I waited 5 hours to get the vehicle back. the advisor only checked on me once (30 minutes be for I got the SUV back. I have always had my vehicle serviced at Ft. Took my car in for service and found out I needed a lot more work than I had originally anticipated. The service rider Chris took time to explain and made the experience a good one. My car is an older model but has been a great vehicle that even if I were to purchase a new one I will still keep it so want to make sure I keep up the maintenance. I will definitely use them again for service and if I decide to purchase a new Mercedes I will look to them for the purchase.

My Service coordinator was Brandon. He was terrific, very helpful, knowledgable. Since I had my car in he has called me to make sure everything is working, and if I've had any other problems. I've had many Mercedes for many years, and this was the best service department I've been to. My car was washed and cleaned beautifully. I will definitely be making Fort Lauderdale MB my go to place from now on. The reason for the 3 stars in the facility is because the coffee machines were not working. They finally found someone to fix the both of them. But he never cleaned up. They were a mess. Needless to say I didn't have anything to drink. Otherwise the rest of the facility was great.

We have owned a number of Mercedes vehicles, which have all been diligently serviced by a Mercedes dealer that I love and originally purchased this particularly vehicle in 2001 from. This vehicle, a 2002 Mercedes ML 320 has 230,000 miles, was brought down to Florida and has again, been diligently serviced over the past 2 years at this dealership. It is in fantastic overall condition, both for its age and mileage. I had it taken in to do a full brake job (rotors and pads) in August and 2 weeks ago a caliper seized with approximately 200 miles since the brake job was done. I was not told the caliper was in any need of replacing at the time the brake job was done (I would have replaced it immediately, which I ended up doing) and even if the caliper happened to fail on its own in the 200 miles since we had the brake job done, normally our Mercedes dealership would help us out a bit on labor for having to replace a different related part when the labor for replacing a caliper is nearly identical to that of replacing pads/rotors and so we are essentially paying for the same labor twice in a 200 mile span. In the end, we replaced both calipers and also had brand new pads/rotors put on again (for piece of mind since they emitted a burning smell due to the siezed caliper even though they were only 200 miles old) and were offered a 10% discount on the labor that was essentially performed twice in 200 miles. While I appreciate the discount, to get it we had to “talk” to the Service Manager, who was exceptionally unpleasant (his voice was elevated on more than one occasion and he had a sort of “smug, I know everything” type of demeanor) to talk to and reminded me many times that “it’s an old car and what do you expect”. I understand that it’s an old car, but it’s my old car that we bought brand new, have lovingly maintained at Mercedes dealerships, and have no interest in ever selling. Overall, the job was done well and again, I appreciate the discount finally offered, but I will likely avoid this Mercedes dealership based solely on my unpleasant interactions with their service department’s manager.

I have a 2020 A220 which was damaged in an accident. It requires a part that was ordered in July 2 and still hasn't been made available for the repair. Yesterday we were told the part would be available the last week in November and today updated to the first week of December. We had been promised the part in September and October previously. The car is undriveable without the part & we are paying a monthly lease payment and insurance on a car that we can't use. Additionally, we had to rent a car for over $900.00 per month to replace this vehicle temporarily. Extremely disappointed with the MB USA as they have offered no help at all. I have no confidence the part will arrive anytime this year.

Then I decided to go to the Delarship and one of the mangers his name is Anthony was there to "HELP" me. I explained him whats going on and told him about the call from earlier today even if he agreed that this is not normal or should be like this he told me that my options are A. To buy off the car - YES YES the same new car that I lease and have so many issues. B. To get in to a new lease and adding the money for my current car too - meaning pay more money that I do not need to pay because its not my fault that the car i lease from THEM have so many issues!!!! I told him he have to find another solution it doesn't make sense, he called Ala the lady that helped me when I got my lease i explained to her all over again she had to check few things ofcourse I have to wait again and get back to me like everything I just told them didn't exist! You can lease a new car but it doesn't make sense because you will have to pay a lot so we working on getting you a loaner car so we can fix your car they completely ignored of everything I said! So I got upset and asked how is that going to help ?!?!? I came for a solution! I can't keep coming when a new problem starts. She left and than Anthony came and said she left crying( that she didn't since I saw her right after and she was just fine!) And that i can't talk like that to employees and than he told me to get out and leave the location! And left ! Amazing customer service!!!! They do not know how to deal with problems that comes from their hands so they kick you out !!!! I was never so HUMILIATED in my life!! I will make sure that no one that I know will step in to Mercedes benz! And ofcourse now I stuck with a car that have problems!!! Again "Amazing customer service"! I called to make an appointment and got one for a couple hours later. Showed up and service advisor, Mike Farraro, was surprised to see me as I had made the appointment with the receptionist. I explained that I had made a u-turn and brushed ups against a curbstop and it tore the edge of the tire and belts were showing. I suggested that we replace both front tires and align so the tore wear would be even. Mike thought that was silly and a waste of money and said to just do one and we had done an alignment just a couple thousand miles ago. I insisted since it is an all wheel drive car and I wanted the new tire to wear even. Mike said he thought it was a waste and he was taking my money. I said I was anal and please take my money and give me the before and after print out from the alignment machine. Mike called me the next morning to tell me car was ready. I came to pick it up, he was very nice and polite, gave me a copy of the alignment print out and asked me if I need anything else and if not told me he would see me at the annual service. It was a very pleasant experience, your service advisor is a major part of your experience and Mike has always been great to work with.

Took our E350 4matic in for service. Was told LF drive axel was leaking grease. We bought bumper to bumper extended warranty for car. Was told this item not covered by warranty. Paid $2,500.00 for extended warranty and doesn't cover a driveline part. Was told this axel had a 2-3 inch cut in rubber boot. $ 2,000.00 to change out part. Took car to my mechanic took axel out went to a front wheel drive axel repair took off old boot installed new boot. Old boot looked brand new. No hole found no 2-3 inch cut found. I believe some hanky panky being played on unsuspecting customers. All I can say is BUYER BEWARE. Also, there have been investigations into dealer shops about dishonest practices. Will never use this service department again or buy a car from them. This is third and final Mercedes from this dealer. Service prices are ridicules also. Final repair cost was $450.00 to their $2,000.00 repair quote and nothing was wrong with the axel. There are also discrepancies between the two service reports that were one week apart that brings you to ask the honesty of the service department and Matt their service manager shows his true colors of being a true company man.

This dealership advertised a car for sale that we were interested in buying so we called them yesterday to confirm that the car was still available, at which time we were told that it is. because we are out of state we told the salesman that we will have someone come in and look at the car for us. Today at 1:54 I called and spoke to Sam Edelberg who confirm that the car was still available. when my friend arrived at the dealership 2 hours later, I called Sam and told him that she was waiting in the lobby. He came out, greets her and tells her that he is going to get the key for the car. After a half hour of waiting for him to return I called him to find out what was going on. At this time he told me that he came back to talk to her three times but she was on the phone and that the car wasn't there. I asked him why he didn't tell her that when he went to greet her instead of leaving her waiting in the lobby. Instead of my question he gave the phone to Aaron who told me that another one of their dealerships had borrowed the car and sold it. My friend left her baby at home and drove 30 minutes to to look at a car that they knew they didn't have. These guys have very poor business etiquette and do not deserve my business. Dont waste your time going there. Take your business somewhere else.

I have been a long standing customer of this dealership and usually have a pretty good experience. My service advisor was very nice and friendly but I’m not sure we communicated well. One of the reasons I brought my car in was because the voice control of the navigation system was not working. I use it relatively frequently and was missing this functionality. When I picked up the car they said the CarPlay was malfunctioning and they fixed it. Well, that’s great but the navigation system is still not responding. So I left my car from 9am to 5pm and left with the problem not solved. Furthermore, I have always been able to get a loaner but was told my insurance is not acceptable for that anymore. Having to use Uber all day to complete my day made the fact that not everything was fixed on my car just the more aggravating.

I was very happy with the service here! Everyone I came in contact with was courteous & helpful. My auto repair was done perfectly and they even made replacements & repairs to things under warranty that I did not realize needed attention. I was able to get a great loaner car while mine was being serviced which allowed me to continue getting my supplies for being at home during the Covid-19 crisis. I can’t say enough about MB of Ft Laud.!!! I’ve owned many cars including a MB. So I’ve used many service centers, they were the best of all of them!!! They gave me an estimate & stuck to it, no changes!

Outstanding customer service and my go to MB Dealership in Southeast Florida. Was enjoying our day out in the sun and and our convertible top malfunctioned as weather was moving in so my wife and I raced to MB of Ft Lauderdale in a panic. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by a very friendly face, Nate Harrinauth who moved heaven and earth to get our car covered and into the shop to be looked at as quick as he could even though we didn't have a scheduled appointment. He also worked miracles and gathered us one of the last loaner cars so we could continue our day with minimal interruption and thats all due to his incredible effort and being flexible. Nate kept my wife and I updated as troubleshooting and repairs were completed on my SL550. When it was all done he quickly notified us and made sure our car was nice and clean when we picked it up. Nate, I can't thank you enough for making a very difficult experience super easy. Your positive outlook and flexibility made our weekend and we are now lifelong customers of Mercedes Benz of Ft Lauderdale after just this one incredible experience. Stopped in for a "pit stop" and to ask for meaning on strange intermittent warning message "Stop car leave engine running". Advisor Peter Montaldo explained it was a battery warning and suggested it be checked. 45 minutes later I was on my way in a clean washed car with a new battery replaced under warranty. I would highly recommend Tommy (unfortunately don’t remember his last name). Very friendly, knowledgeable, approachable, and alway available. I ordered G wagon, and waiting time was long, but he kept updating me regularly. Also, the gentleman who did finance part, was very nice, not pushy, super knowledgable, and fun. I would highly recommend, and i will use Tommy for my future purchases/leases.

Dropped off the car then called back for the shop to adjust my driver's side headrest for my safety and comfort. The shop did not fix the headrest but the service writer had a receptionist try to adjust it during pick up with no avail. Why do I keep getting emails to come in for an alignment when I was told it checked fine when I picked up the vehicle?

My service adviser Juan went above and beyond. My ratings reflect Juan’s service and not my review of the dealership or Mercedes in general. I purxhased a maintenance package when I entered into my lease agreement. My recollection is that it was a pretty comprehensive maintenance package but I’ve come to learn that it’s basically nothing more than what you would get at Jiffy Lube. The cost for repairs at Mercedes are beyond astronomical and unreasonable.

CAR HAS ANTS! Lance was great to work with. No pressure, quite thorough although he admitted he new little about VW's (understandable). He even contacted the previous owner to get us the 2nd key. Service should have noticed ants and wealth them though.

Was informed that Takata airbag part was in only to be told by this service department and Nate H. that is wasn’t. Second time this happened. I had to continually call to get status. No loaner offered.

The mask they put on for a nice clean operation is not what it seems to be, in reality it is the complete opposite, all Auto Nation and management want to do is show good figure and profit for their shareholders. MERCEDES BENZ OF FORT LAUDERDALE SOLD ME A FLOOD DAMAGE CAR AND DID NOT DISCLOSE IT! I found out when I took my car to the Bentley dealer and was told that $ 65000 was spent to repair the car and when i called them back to take back their flooded car, they said "buyer be aware." They refuse to buy the car back or pay any diminished value.

Had a problem with tire. Patti fit me in. I was driven back to work. I was updated three times on progress including fixing a recall. The car was ready fast and beautifully clean. Great service and super service professional Patti. Thanks. I live in Boynton and do not want to leave this operation.

This was our first experience at Fort Lauderdale Mercedes. I am happy to say it was a good one! We really don't look forward to going to a car dealer and have to negotiate for hours! Peter our salesman was excellent and very knowledgeable as well as Carmen in Finance. Our deal was done in no time, and while doing the paperwork he gave us a tour of the Service area as well as introducing us to personnel on the way. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Mercedes, they're the best!

Purchased a car they had listed on the internet. All pictures of the rear of the car were in the shade, turns out that the car was two different colors and when I picked the car up, not expecting the car to have two different colors, I didn't notice until I got home. Called the next day and they totally denied knowing about it but I talked to the person who traded it in and was told that they beat her up on the price of the trade over it. Now they won't do anything about it and expect me to pay for the tailgate to be sprayed the same color. They absolutely LIED to my face in telling me they didn't know. I think a lawsuit is in order here and being my brother is my attorney, this will cost me nothing and MB of FL a lot of grief, all because they didn't want to do it right!!! Very deceitful and dishonest practice, I should have read these reviews first. They sold my loan to the bank for more money than I signed on the contact and they are going to have to pay the difference not me. I would never buy a vehicle from this dishonest store again. 4th Benz, love the brand but the store is managed terribly. Buyer beware!!!

My salesperson Richie was great deal was negotiated fairly and honestly as I had already done my due diligence and research. The finance person was another experience altogether. Pushy and aggressive about purchasing add on services. I literally had to say several times to him "what do you not understand about the word NO!" It soured the whole experience!

Mr. President is a phenomenal young man. He was very courteous, personable and professional. In fact, Mr. President provided what I considered to be superior service. My perception of his comments and explanations were that he was transparent with the information provided, although I did not have any records with me. My concern was with the records on file regarding road hazard coverage on tires purchased at the dealership. As an aside, your free car was hours are highly restrictive. Most persons who have jobs and work normal business hours are unable to utilize this service. Other local dealerships do not shut the "working class" out.

I needed to obtain a replacement key because my keys were stolen or misplaced. As a result, I had the car towed to the Mercedes dealer in Ft. Lauderdale. I arrived close to closing time on a Friday. I was pleased with the initial drop-off. Although the Parts department (for the key) was closed, I successfully interacted with "D", who is one of the service advisers. He also arranged for the 20k mile service, which is currently due. I figured I would handle both issues at once. Unfortunately, everything went downhill from there. First, they had no loaner car available. This was especially problematic because Enterprise was closed (after 6pm). Second, "D" told me to call the next morning so I could arrange to obtain a loaner car. When I called the next morning, a woman told me that no cars were (still) available; however, she would put me on the waiting list. I never heard back from her. The Parts department was equally unimpressive. Steve in Parts told me that the key would likely be ready on Monday. However, Monday comes and goes and I receive no word from Parts. I call on Tuesday, and learn that the key actually arrived on Monday! (Their excuse: Steve was out sick on Monday. But why couldn't Stanley or any other Parts employee give me a call? Or my service advisor?) Now it's Tuesday, and we know that the key is available. I tell Stanley that I'm still waiting on my 20k mile service as well, and I'm not sure if that service has been accomplished? He tells me he'll take care of it, and then hangs up. I hear nothing from the dealership for the rest of the day, or on Wednesday morning. By late morning on Wednesday, I am furious and give them a call. A lady tells me the car is in the service bay. I assume the car will be done shortly, since the car is simply in the bay for routine service. She doesn't offer an ETA. By mid-afternoon Wednesday, I still haven't heard from anyone. I call the dealership again, and a different lady tells me the "paperwork is just being finished." The service department closes at 7pm, so I call them around 5:30pm. The receptionist transfers me to an unknown person's voicemail. I leave a message asking for a call as soon as my car is ready. Naturally, no one returns the message, and the dealership closes. It was not until early afternoon Thursday that I reach Nora, the only helpful person at the dealership. I explain the ongoing frustration to Nora, and she promises to look into it and call me back promptly. Amazingly, she kept her word. She told me the car was ready. Not once did I hear from "D" (after I dropped off the car), or from Israel, who had been reassigned as my service advisor. When I arrived, no one seemed to be aware of all the problems the dealership had caused for the past week. I don't think they intentionally avoided giving me an apology; I think that Israel was literally unaware of the terrible experience I'd had. The problem at this dealership isn't a matter of courtesy; it's a matter of competence. No one follows up when asked, and the Parts department and Service department seem to be incapable of speaking to each other. I will not be returning to this dealership in the future.

My Service Advisor, Chris Moody, is absolutely the best and the reason I will keep returning to the dealership. He is honest, diligent, and a great representative for the brand.
