Do not buy car from this dealership. I purchase a Mercedes Benz with a bad transmission and I had to fight tooth and nail to have the issue fixed. I prepaid my service plan and they cancelled my plan and took my money.

Worst experience I have ever had. WOW. Carlo Rozenblad one of the sales people,first line of attack at this dealership who followed up with me after a online inquiry. He was the most disrespectful people I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with. They were very misleading with there numbers, adding insane amounts of markup for themselves but then proceeded to try and tell me that I was wrong and just need to find a cheaper car. These people do not know how to treat customer. Please beware.

I went for my scheduled maintenance and was received by Manny Guzman who checked me in. The service time was going to be around 2 hours so I took a book while I waited. Very comfortable lounge coffee available nice quiet atmosphere. After 2 hours car was ready and I was out the door. Manny was very accommodating and well trained with questions I had about the car. I put in a request for a vehicle and setup an appointment for the time the dealership opened. I was contacted by their online sales center. Don't ever listen to the Autonation Express. It's a complete joke and fraud. I wanted a specific vehicle and I am a highly qualified buyer. I filled out the credit app, received an offer and accepted. I was even told they would deliver the vehicle. I was then contacted by the dealership sales person who was that usual unprofessional typical used car type guy and they stated to go through them directly as they are with the dealership. I said I am going through you directly already, and I assumed I was since ROADSTER represented themselves as AUTONATION CORPORATE OFFICE. The online rep Aaron, told me I could go through him personally and we continued through the deal, as he continued to represent himself as a member of AUTONATION. Two hours pass, I received no updates. I finally get a call and Aaron said that there are two people in the dealership that want the vehicle as well. I said no problem, as intended, I am going to buy the vehicle. Little did I know what was to come............Aaron stated, unfortunately the people in the dealership have priority. I said, why did you ask me to cancel my appointment? Why did you run me in circles? Why did you waste 6 hours of my day. In the end, another horrible experience. Stay away from this dealership and STAY AWAY FROM THEIR ONLINE SALES CENTER THROUGH ROADSTER, it's a complete waste of time. Had I just ignored their Autonation Express program and went to the dealership, I would've saved myself more time and avoided AARON HELES. He is a complete fraud and cannot be trusted! If you want your time wasted, enjoy this dealership.

I usually never leave negative reviews - I like to highlight the positives, but after my experience with Mercedes Fort Lauderdale I just had to write about my experience. I won’t call out any name specifically - but the service tech who assisted me seemed great at first (helpful, knowledgeable, ect) but he was utterly clueless. Almost as if he had no experience with cars. Maybe he was not the mechanic, but you should at least know your stuff. My 2016 E350 had an intermittent misfire. I used a scan tool and found the codes and shared with my tech. He basically wrote them in the service slip - but I get the sense they did regarded them. I paid for a diagnostics - and they found nothing. I asked what was done and was never given a clear answer. Did you check the plugs? Coils? Did you look for vaccum leaks? I get it’s only 1 hour and only so much can be done - but I honestly feel they did NOTHING. They told me the car was good (they had my car for over a week and never followed up with me until I chased three down) Upon pick up the car Miss fired again - okay great now you can read the issue - a few hours pass and I get a repair sheet for $1000. Change one spark plug and one coil. I asked to see the diagnostic and they refused. I asked about the price - we all know we can get a Mercedes OEM coil for $100 and OEM plug for $30. So they wanted $800+ for a 20 minute job? Seriously? That’s the price for a full spark plug / coil change for all six cylinders. It takes 1 hour for a skilled mechanic. But okay fine dealers cost more (I get it - it’s fine) so how certain were they that this was the problem? What tests were done? What’s the hypothesis? Absolutely no word. They refused to answer and said I can leave if I want. I hope I did not come across as rude or had a bad attitude - but I felt so strung along. Told so many contradicting things from the service tech - spoken to as if I know nothing about cars and ultimately decided to leave. I have since solved the issue (at a fraction of the repair , which was wrong Btw ) - and will not be back to this location. Just terrible experience. Great sales team though - but you need to figure out your service techs - these are the people customers will deal with in the future and will ultimately determine if you stick with Mercedes or go to a competitor.

Left my GLC300 on 5/2 to repair some items. The "service advisor" called me the next day to let me know my car was ready. I arrived an hour later and of course my car wasn't ready. The "service advisor" told me someone lost my keys. ENOUGH SAID. After waiting for an hour for a resolution, I was told the tech that was working on my vehicle had my keys. But that tech happened to be on lunch. A tech that was off the clock had possession of my keys....nothing suspicious there. The service manager didn't even have the decency to come speak to me directly about the issue. You would assume a certain level of attention and service from Mercedes. At the very least, you would think that when you receive a call that your car is ready, that it actually is when you go to pick it up.

I waited over an hour to simply pick my vehicle up and everyone ran around while the Service manager watched me waiting for the entire hr. Never asked how he can help, only one valet personal helped and had to move another car before moving mine. You would think he would help to get me out and provide satisfactory service. It was the WORST EXPERIENCE I’ve ever had in all my years owning vehicles. I only come here because of the service Advisor but the valet is a mess! No sense of leadership of organization!

Wasn't sure about a flat requiring 2 new tires, but when I looked over the old tires sure enough they were ruined. Only complaint, service writer tended to not be sure of things he was telling me, ought to stop the bs and check. Ex: Matching tires were Goodyears, not Pirellis, and car wasn't being worked on when it was parked outside the shop. Why bs when he could just as readily say "need to check." Shop is where return business is made or lost.

I arrived at 0 dark thirty, the facility was beautiful. As the gate came up and our cars were allowed inside, we all got the royal treatment to which our purpose for that day was asked, after providing our details, we were directed to the customer service waiting area with hot coffee and entertainment if needed. For the customers that didn’t want to wait, there was paid transport back and forth if required. Outstanding customer service, thank you!

This is my second car but my first Mercedes' Benz. I was soo exited to make the purchase as I been saving for 4 years for this. My sales rep was nice and informative. He allowed me to test drive but it was a short distance. I was in love with the the car everything sound good Plus it's certified pre owned. However shortly after driving home with car the engine light plus coolant too hot turn off engine sign came on and I panicked. An instant rush of embarrassment and shame. A day later I bring it in because my rep said bring it in too service and it's 4 days later and I'm not in my car. I'm scared and really depressed.

Less than two weeks ago, my wife and I had the most pleasant experience in negotiating the purchase of a Mercedes SUV from Mercedes of Fort Lauderdale. Rather than feeling an adversarial contest between dealer and purchaser, the sales person with whom we negotiated made us feel that they were on our team. They went to bat for us, and shepherded the negotiations for our loan qualification when even we thought there was considerable doubt we would succeed in qualifying. We got the loan in a matter of minutes from the time the application was submitted! And following the sale, our sales person Charles has followed up several times by email making sure we felt like valued customers, making himself available for any questions we might have about the operation of our new car. Our totally positive experience will make us return customers of this fine dealership!

First the service time was estimated for 2-3 hours. after 6 hours I called. The car was not ready. I left the car overnight. The service advisor said, it will be the first car next day morning. I called around noon and left a massage. Finally I got the call around 3 PM. One 1 day later I got agin a fault massage in the display. Next week the car has to go back to service.

The service line customer service is very rude, holds call in the middle of a conversation without saying anything, makes me wait 10 minutes, then refuses to answer the phone no matter how many times I call back. They keep telling me that they don't know when they will be able to done the repair, which they said would be done in 2.3 days when I brought it in (I have waited over a week and they don't even tell me when they will be able to schedule it). Spend lots of money on a luxury car and all you get is worse service than other dealerships. I have owned 3 Mercedes cars and have never had such bad service. I understand they are busy, but lying to customers and running away from inconvenient situations is unprofessional. I will complaint with the corporate, but I will buy another car in the future as it may not be worth spending any more money on Mercedes. Thanks for your customer service.

I recently purchased a vehicle from MB of Ft. Lauderdale. After finding the vehicle online and sending in the inquiry I was contacted promptly by Joe Hagen. The transaction was completed remotely so I could fly in and simply pick up the vehicle. Joe and Fabio Duque made the process very easy. Joe was able to pick me up at the airport creating a seamless transition. I packed lite for this quick trip forgetting a phone cable. Joe gave me a phone cable so I could utilize the Android Auto features on the trip home. Overall, a pleasant experience. Updated April 7, 2023 The “check oil, one quart low” light came on after five months and 6k miles. I took it to my local MB dealer. They added the oil but informed me that I needed four new tires, rear brakes, and a 30k service. I as baffled as it had only been 6k miles. My local MB dealer indicated that the vehicle maintenance records show that Ft. Lauderdale had put two new tires on prior to my purchase. I placed a phone call to the facility and was notified by Julie that Joe was off that day, had been promoted to New Car Sales Manager and that I would also need to speak with Mark the Used Car Sales Manager. I emailed Joe and Mark. Joe responded asking me to call him. I called Joe today who indicated that he remembered me. I explained my concerns again. Joe said that different tires wear differently and that he does not know what tires I have because he had not looked it up. Joe said that I should look up different types of tires to see how they wear differently. I explained to Joe that these tires where allegedly brand new and that it was impossible for them to be worn to 4/32 with only 6k miles. Joe indicated that this was probably due to how I dive the vehicle. My wife daily drives this vehicle taking our children to school, and sports. I can assure you it is not driven hard at all. I purchased the vehicle with 29,795 miles. The vehicle was Certified Preowned Inspected yet the 30k or 3 year service was not completed. Joe was very condescending, rude, and uncaring. I have never received such poor service from Mercedes-Benz. Clearly Joe and his team at Mercedes-Benz of Ft. Lauderdale only care about the sale. Updated April 18, 2023 Mark Bez the Used Car Manager called on April 8, 2023. Mark was seemed to be receptive to the situation. Mark said that he had not received my previous email, so I forwarded it again. Mark stated that they had put four new tires on the vehicle and completed a 40k service and forwarded me the information. Mark concurred that the tires should not have been worn to replacement in 6k miles. The information Mark forwarded me was a Customer Estimate. The mileage on the estimate did not match my vehicle. Mark eluded that most maintenance facilities try to sell tires/breaks and perhaps I should get a second opinion. I informed Mark that my local MB dealer sends a walk around video of the vehicle showing the wear. I forwarded said video to Mark. Mark said that he would speak with his Service Director and get back to me. With no response form Mark, I send him an email requesting an update on April 17 with no response.

Terrible service all around in the service department. All the negative reviews are in the service department. I feel robbed as I took my car for service and was never updated. Was told my car was ready the same day but was not informed till a day later. Never received any estimates and was only verbally told what was wrong with vehicle. I paid for an Estimate to get the job done. My service advisor no longer picks up my calls or responds to emails. I called the managers 4 times and left voice mails. Just robbed of my money, all I received was a receipt. Do yourself a favor and go to a Mercedes specialist and not this STEALERSHIP!

Sales team is great Joe-the-Pro the newest sales manager is the best. However, the service team lacks process and follow up. First appointment was totally forgotten, I had to wait over two weeks for another appointment with a curiosity car. I was told the car needed a new battery, when I picked up the car, the battery was not installed. They simply lack the resources to be successful. They need to slow down and pay attention to the details.

Purchased a 300K G wagon, scheduled a service appointment which took a week and a half for a first appointment, coming to dealership to find out there is a safety recall on the car and that no one is going to be touch my car until the next week and loaner cars are a month in advance to schedule. They never disclose this at the time of me scheduling the appointment, the service manager Steven is useless and I am saving my breath, saying the service appointment in only to see a service agent and can’t offer any help. I already contacted MB of North America. My best advice is to stay away from this dealership as they can’t and don’t know what’s customer service is, I’ll make sure they’ll be reported to the state as well and wouldn’t rest until they’ll be able to treat customers with the respect they deserve.. 2023 and we are dealing with this kind of BS and excuses! Shame on you!

I schedule my appointment one week in advance because I have some very minor issues and requested a loaner. But when I came on time for my appointment the service advisor Mr. James Rubio without even introducing him self as a my service advisor, told me (without even checking my vehicle) that I have to leave my car for at least two weeks and they don't have a loaner for me. The way how he was talking to me .... looks like I owed him something... and he is a big boss and in charge of the entire place. I have an official proof of my loaner request on this day! This is completely disorganized and disrespectful place with lack of customer service and cooperation from the beginning. I do not recommend to bring your car there. Service manager Mr. Steven was very nice but still no solution... I am a loyal Mercedes Benz owner for more than 20 years. Will definitely report this issue to the Corporate office !!!

This is very serious problem I got with Mercedes Fort Lauderdale. This dealership is not at all trustworthy . I got stole by their services department and Warranty 2 times. Please don't trust them on anyway. It's unbelievable how could they be so arrogant and anti-commercial in this very competitive market. They charged me $ 2800 to fix an engine leaking problem but after 5 weeks go and back they didn't fix nothing. Please don't trust this dealership. Brought my e550 for a visual inspection with service advisor Rudy Torres, repairs were 2k, paid for charges - hood paint was damaged with bird droppings cost $685.00 covered by geico - 20 miles later - the mechanic PPINES job was terrible- the engine overheated - the main coolant hose became loose - 2 more weeks without a car - then 1 more week to have hood painted at MB Palm Beach. Then I practically had to beg the General Manager who is an absolutely terrible human being and the Service Director Mrs. Donnell to pay $100 for the insurance deductible 3 months later. Unacceptable to say the least. All in all, it took 3 months for this nightmare to end at MB of Fort Lauderdale. And I am still waiting for a formal apology. As far as MB of USA is concerned, nothing done and no complaint filed against this horrendous behavior of AutoNation dealership.

I have called for several days straight after 3pm. The service department just simply puts you on hold and leaves you on there in the beginning of the call without introduction. Longest I was on hold was over an hour. I dropped off my car at 9am Friday and by Wednesday I got tired of waiting and drove there to get a response. No email. No text. And I can’t reach them. Something wrong here. I asked to speak to a manager and was told to make an appointment. 30 people walking around, and not a single person to answer to me why I have to drive there to get an answer on my car. They are part of autonation now. Good when they are working to sell you a product. But they certainly show the same sleaziness of not returning your call, making the process more difficult during cancelation after the product is purchased. I got theis car with 5.918 miles so they told me that i was going to do the first service with $16.000 miles . But i had problem with this sensor that i had a problem with the car sensor also the passager back seat cover pulled out it happened twice and the car had to be towed . . I made lease to drive 36.ooo miles but i drove just 15.000 now my car have 22.650 . the guy from the service said to take my car back to the service with 16.000 and when i had 10.000 the sign on my car says need to make appoint for service and i did it . Now the same sign coming back with 22.650 . but needs consider that i got this car with 5918 miles. anyway i prepaid for this service $1,450 when i made the lease . this time the guy charged for the service and said that i had only 2 years for to use the service . On the contract say my right would be about 36.000 . For my surprise i went to Mercedes Fort Lauderdale to clarify and the Walter Bernal coming to me very Rude and said nothing to clarify your i dont need to specify how long does the pre paid service have validate its 2 years and period . where i want to go ? in my opinion the contract you sign is worth nothing . The client is not respected at the time it should be . I used Mercedes Benz for 9 years and in 4 months my lease with Mercedes ends and never to return this dealership. I'm Very upset. The absolute worst customer service at this location! I bought my GLC here and other then my sales guy Bryce (who no longer works there) I have had nothing but issues with with the people that work there. The unprofessionalism of them simply just not returning a phone call after almost 2 weeks of leaving messages with the finance department I find to be just unacceptable. After purchasing, I had a few issues with the car that required me to bring it in to the service department, my sales guy Bryce was amazing and handled the service appointment for me. After the service appointment and the issues still not being corrected, Bryce told me that I was going to have this handled with one of the service managers when I came in again for service. When I came in that day, Bryce told me to go to her office that she was expecting me and had my paperwork, she was in her office with another employee so I waited outside until they were done talking, when the employee left I went to her door and knocked on the frame of it. I wish I could remember the name of this woman that I had the pleasure of dealing with, the attitude I got from her like I was disturbing her or imposing on her day made me not only uncomfortable but also made up my mind that I would never set foot in this location again.. Now, I have been calling this location for almost 2 weeks now and leaving messages for the finance department asking for someone to please call me back regarding documents I would like emailed to me. I have still not received a call back. I have called the sales department and asked for someone from finance only to be told, “yea I can transfer you, but I doubt anyone is going to pick up.” I said but don’t they check their messages? I just need something emailed to me, he said “homestly, it would probably be faster if you just came in, instead of waiting for someone from finance to call you back” ridiculous. Finance had all the time in the world when I was signing for the car and they were trying to scam me into purchasing all of the BS extra add ons, but now they cannot even return a customers phone call in 2 weeks? After that last encounter, I now go to the Coconut Creek location that’s almost 45 minutes away from my house just so I don’t have to deal with the Ft Lauderdale location, that is much closer and convenient for me. At the Coconut Creek location I have the pleasure of being taken care of by Maria, her team even tried helping me retain these financial documents that I needed, but because the vehicle was purchased at the Ft Lauderdale location, they were unable to get then. I did not have a good experience with Mercedes for my service visit. I had an appointment and could tell they were behind which is fine however 30 minutes passed before I was addressed. Once I made it known I hadn’t been seen then I received assistance. My service person was kind. I did unfortunately have to call to check on my car after 3.5 hours to find it was ready. When I arrived 30 minutes later the car was no where to be found. It was another 30 minutes before I left with a car that was not clean and no information regarding the service. Update - After leaving a 1 star review here 3 weeks ago the manager left me a message to call to make my experience a positive one. Well I called and he said someone from service would call me back to make an appointment- that was 2 weeks ago. The negative experience continues. Don’t waste your time with these people - they don’t care about anything other than your money. And still nothing from MB of Ft Lauderdale. Somehow I’m not surprised. Charged me $347.53 diagnostics fee to tell me my tires were bald. Like I didn’t know that. Didn’t even diagnose the check engine light - if they did they would have told me it was a glow plug issue. Misdiagnosed why the serpentine belt failed - said it was bad idle and tension pulley - was actually seized ac compressor. And then I get home and they didn’t put the engine cover back on the engine. I had to drive back to the dealer to retrieve the engine cover. Don’t waste your time with these clowns. And months later still no follow up? 3 months later and I’ve spoken to the Service Director - Mary Darnell - who said she would get back to me. That was 3 weeks ago. Don’t waste your time with these people - they don’t care.

I am very disappointed because I was told I was getting a call to pick up my car before 5:00 pm. I needed the car urgently for commitments I had after 5:00, however I never received a call from Taneka, I called and called always getting a recording, I even called other numbers at the Fort Lauderdale offices so they can transfer me to Taneka but they still place me on hold. I had to take an uber in the meantime because I was never going to make it on time for my commitments. When I arrived Taneka was at her desk, surprised I was there. The car was ready and brought immediately, and I left. I had few issues Taneka was going to find out for me, but because I was in a hurry I couldn't ask, however I called and left a message in her mailbox. I never got an answer, she never called me back and it is imposible to reach her when calling. The questions where regarding my seat (pilot), that is reaping and I bought my car in 2020. The other questionn was a quote for a dent I have in the door and front of the car. Never got an answer.

My 2021 GLE SUV had a recall repair for the trim over the back window. The information in the notification letter advised the dealer would take a half hour to do the job. My appointment was at 11AM & I had to wait until about 2pm for the work to be done. Too long for a small job. Wasn’t pleased with the wait especially since it was a recall not my fault.

Torrey is wonderful. My issue with the radio randomly switching to media is still not resolved. It’s been doing this for a couple years now. I was charged for a new key battery which I don’t believe I needed. Granted, it’s only $5, but I didn’t need it. I brought the car in on a Friday (with a called in appointment & a request for a loaner). At about 1:10pm my service advisor came to me telling me my car is about to be ready so I ordered my lunch. But at about 1:40pm when I made the payment my car is still not ready. I told him i needed something for my car , he told me that i didn’t need it .. when i called him back (he never called me) he told me i needed the thing that I ORIGINALLY told him i needed. Now i have to wait an additional two days to get my car. I have been without my car for a week… as an adult this is a huge hindrance. I’m appalled and ashamed to receive such treatment at a business like mercedes. (REPOST)

1. Pursuant to my call mid-afternoon on Saturday, February 4th, the towing arrived at 5:15 and NORA lady and the towing driver were both very efficient. 2. However, prior to the arrival of the towing I received the following email " We hope you have found your way to the store and we are taking great care of you for your February 04, 2023 at 4:30PM appointment". 3. On Monday the 6, at 11:30 I called to obtain confirmation that the vehicle was at the garage and to obtain an estimate for the repairs. I never received a callback and I called again late afternoon, the 7th in the morning and afternoon. 4. Finally on the 8th, I was transferred to M. Guzman who explained that he had been given the wrong telephone number to reach me. After leaving messages to 3 different employees and confirming my number each time, I have no excuse for such stupidity. 5. I finally obtained a quote at 3:30 on February 8th and I gave my approval on the 9th at 8:30 am after consulting with my dealership in Ottawa, who of course was somewhat puzzled with the following part of the quote and replied as follows: " On line A, they are installing tires and balancing them. If you are not getting new tires or installing them. You don’t need an alignment. Just repair the fuel system and get the labor first". The tires have < 15,000 km. 6. I was expecting them to fix the front corner light, per the warning when turning on the engine, however, that wasn't done and the car wasn't washed prior to delivery. 7. Mr. Guzman was very efficient and courteous and respected the delivery date. I hope you understand my lateness in replying. I am still appalled at this experience. I have had an accounting firm for the last 30 years, with employees, serving a thousand loyal clients yearly, and I can't understand waiting from Saturday until the next Wednesday for someone to acknowledge they had my vehicle.

This particular time I had an issue with the some passenger sensor, so the car started signaling me to go to service. So I went here and haven't missed. Hipolito took care of the car in the smallest amount of time possible. I haven't reached home, when I received a call with a completed diagnostics. No surprise for me, the car was ready in the next 30 minutes. 10 stars to this place!

I always get great service when I take my car in and its one of the main reasons I stay with the brand. My car is my office so I cant have it tied up too long. If I could give a lower rating I would. The worst service experience. Car was damaged while being serviced. The advisor Robert was completely incompetent with no communication skills whatsoever. A visit that should have taken 1~2 days, took 2 weeks with no accommodation for a loaner. The service manager also incompetent at his job. He wanted to release my car with no idea of what was supposed to be done. Told me the car was ready, when the work hadn’t been completed. I will never go back to Mercedes in Ft Lauderdale and I tell all my friends and neighbors to also never go there. The assigned manager on duty was good. He explained the problems, he gave good advices at the time of pickup. Unfortunately, the timr range for the very 1st service(15 calendar days) was not acceptable. Whether they needed to replace a steering wheel, it is still too long. Especially at the situation when a loaner car was not offered until the 2nd week of holding my car. Other than that, the job was pretty good and the manager was professional enough.

Working with Tony (Elaulio) was an absolute pleasure! He was attentive and SO patient--he went above and beyond to ensure that all of our questions and concerns were addressed promptly. We were at the dealership for a few hours and during that time he offered us water multiple times and even protein bars which were much appreciated. This Mercedes has some of the most unprofessional people I've ever experienced at Mercedes. They need some training in how to deal with their customers. I've purchased around a dozen Mercedes vehicles in the past 10 years from a handful of dealerships and this dealer should be selling ice cream cones, not new Mercedes. I bought my son an E-53 that needed some service due to a bad grounding wire that would shut down the car while driving. The service guy made a comment that we shouldn't have bought my son a race car if we didn't want to deal with these issues. First of all a Race Car? 2nd if even if we did want to buy a race car from Mercedes we shouldn't be having grounding issues. Second bad experience we've had was we had our GLS stolen and when recovered we took the car to this dealer. We owned the car for about a month when this happened. The dealer met with the insurance adjuster and our service guytold us in text messages that they would return the car to brand new condition as we stated it was previously. They called and told us the car was ready to pickup (after having it for over a month) and when we got there, there was a white substance all over the side drivers side door, a large chip in the windshield and scratches all over the door jamb and they owed us a key. The service guy said he didnt see those scratches, the Chip in the windshield or the issue with the glass when they received the car and they would work with the insurance company to fix them. a few months go by and nothing. We call and they are now telling us its our responsibility to file a new claim to get them fixed and take no responsibility. One of two things happened, the issues were there when they got the car back to repair it and they missed it with the adjuster, or, their service department created the scratches and the chip in the window. EIther way they neglected to do their job. When we pressed them on the issue the service manager hung up on my wife and again was very rude. Why cant I deal with a professional human that has some class and cares about how they treat people? Dont waste your money here people. Drive to Miami.

Chris Jablonski is the best service rep I’ve ever worked with. He was careful and meticulous and cared for my car like it was his own. He helped me find a proper service plan and fixed a problem that occurred from a poor service from another authorized Mercedes dealer. He even re-washed my car on his own after seeing that it had a few water spots during the initial wash.

I was from out of town, they took the car in without an appointment. They found my problem is that the right front seat is useable if back seats are folded down to make room to carry oversized item. They could not come up with a logical explanation nor a work around. Can't believe there is no way to get around this issue.

Leak Issue with suspension was not resolved as they could not get a fault found on the computer. Will have to see if anyone else can find problem. Also car was returned with a dirty inside windshield that was apparently wiped with a dirty cloth at the dealership.

From the second I entered the showroom and was greeted by Todd Fine a warm and friendly salesperson, my experience at Ft. Lauderdale MB was fantastic. I?ve had numerous Mercedes before, but was currently driving a 2020 Porsche Macan, (I?ve owned 12 Porsches and 6 MBs over the years), which I loved and wasn?t quite sure what I wanted, but I know the product well. Todd was understanding, patient and helpful. I picked a great AMG Line C300 that was in the shrowroom and a hour later drove it home. The process was comforting. There were no hidden costs, unnecessary upswells or pressure . Well done Mercedes on building great cars and employing great salespeople.

This isn’t the first time that I’ve picked up my car needing fixing after a maintenance service. I need it fixed immediately with a loaner, but can’t get one for 2 weeks.

I have leased & purchased several Mercedes Benz cars & trucks. This was mu first time doing a transaction with Mercedes of Fort Lauderdale. I was trading in My 2020 G Wagon for an EQS 450+, my first electric car. After the trade in value negotiations were done, it was time to drive the EQS home. The car was at 12% charge when it was delivered and getting home was very stressful., because we were getting used to the car and did not know how to charge it or where and thought we may get stuck somewhere. It was getting late in the day and was now dark out. We got a quick and dirty demo of the car that lasted less than 5 minutes...felt like i was buying a TV at KMART. Nobody at the dealership understood how to install the iPhone app or setting up the Charge America that is needed for charging. The salesman was nice. but was not that familiar with process at all. This was a struggle..and only was completed by guessing and luck. While we waited to set up the app, the new EQS was outside sitting with a low battery, while the dealership's manager's car was plugged in...once we plugged our new car in we realized we would have to be there for hours to get to a safe charge because the dealership has a slow charger!! How can you deliver an electric car like this? let alone a MB. PRETTY BAD. Since the purchase I can not get a hold of anyone for support. I called the parts department and have been on hold for 30 mins, called back and have been hung up on twice. Nobody picks up on the main line...again pretty bad!!!

UNSAFE FOR SENIORS! And awful for women. My mother attempted to have her car serviced here and the experience was BEYOND AWFUL. The service crew made a serious mistake - mistakes happen - but instead of owning up to it, they instead tried to BLAME HER. They also promised to have her car ready in time as she had a chemotherapy appt - but instead made her MISS THE APPOINTMENT - because they were too busy trying to COVER UP THEIR MISTAKE. What was the mistake?? THEY LOST HER KEYS and accused her of misplacing them. To compound matters, the "manager" would not return my calls but did in fact return my husband's call and spoke with him. The keys - which they accused my mother of losing - were found 24 hours later. They still failed to take any responsibility for the situation and were incredibly rude and arrogant. We've been buying Mercedes for years. I would ride a unicycle barefoot before ever doing business with this location ever again. PLEASE PROTECT YOURSELF AND YOUR LOVED ONES. These are ELDER ABUSERS.

We have dealt with AutoNation dealerships for years in sales and service, mainly in the Chicagoland area, both as private owners and a luxury dealership. The service that we have received from Mercedes-Benz AutoNation stores over the past years has been nothing but outstanding. We don't like to write negative reviews against fellow members of the automotive industry, but, we recently had dealings with this store (Mercedes-Benz of Fort Lauderdale ) in the service department. It started with a negative and nasty demeanor from Mary Donnell and then the encounter continued with the same rude attitude from Steve Adams in service. I (Sam Jidd) would never allow my employees to treat customers this way, it's unprofessional and unacceptable. I recently (3 days ago) purchased a brand new G-Wagon from this store as well and my sales representative and the GM were great! Super personable and very outgoing, but when I stated that I wanted to return the G-Wagon because of how I have been treated throughout this whole ordeal with my other vehicle the Finance manager threatened me and told me I would then have a repossession on my credit, his lack of customer service should also be addressed. Not the way you speak to people in this business, especially someone that has been around this business for as long as I have. I am very sad to see the way this industry has gone, hiring people that don't care about the customer and think that they can just talk to people in any manner that they feel warranted to.

I have a brand new 2022 Mercedes Benz E Class in which I purchased from Autonation in Coconut Creek. Its 6 months old. About 5 weeks ago I noticed some discoloring in the trim around the windows. I call to make an appointment which had to wait few weeks for. I get to the appointment today to get the trim done and a small piece of back plate fixed. The Service Manager Steven Adams said they couldn't do anything. He said "he would have to pay for it and take to where I bought it" Didnt even care about my 2 issues. AutoNation owns Fort Lauderdale and Coconut Creek. I took it Coconut Creek and they fixed the screw in the back within 5 mins and the detailer is going to fix the trim. In summary stay away from Mercedes Benz Fort Lauderdale. The brand should be embarrassed to have Stephen Adams work for them. "The best or nothing" - He needs to learn that

Break light was on and told that there was very little brake lining left. I felt no break fade what so ever. They recommended replacing brakes which were quite expensive. The service rep, spoke so quickly I could barely follow him. He backed off quickly on some extras. There was no recommedation of how many more miles I could go before it became serioius. Service rep was very difficult to get on phone and failed to deliver the car as originally stated. Mercedes in general has a credibbilty isssue with me to begin with, since denying that the ripping off the front bumper on my S500 occurred at least 5 times. They first denied that they ever saw the problem before (when a mechanic I bumped into at the dealership said it happens all the time). All the prescribed work was not completed. Balance of tires, check the front bumper clip.

I came to the service on Monday and made an appointment for Thurday. I dropped my car off on thursday afternoon and the service technician told me they needed couple of days. I told him I could come back on Tuesday he said it would be more than enough! Now I called them to let them know I’ll come back on Tuesday. They haven’t even bothered to check the car! He says me let us check the car first!!!!??? Why are you keeping people’s cars for 4 days for nothing?! Everybody has a job to go! I would have an emergency and I don’t have a car because Fort Lauderdale service just have no interest on people! It was just a simple interior lightening and sunroof seal problem not a rocket science!

I had a very poor experience getting my GL repaired here. Long story short... if you can get your mercedes serviced anywhere else, consider doing so. Update 1.. 3 days later, the problem they were paid $3k to fix is right back. Update 2.. Repaired the issue myself. $70 part and about an hour of work. Went back to tt service dept about getting a refund for their erroneous (giving them benefit of the doubt this wasn't just a service rep making a commission) diagnosis/repair and they were rude. Lied repeatedly to me and dismissed my concerns with standard shop excuses. I have owned several Mercedes vehicles, right now I have a GL450, a CL63, and a Sprinter Van. I know these vehicles and usually do all my own repairs. From time to time I have used dealerships on warrenty work for a couple of the vehicles I bought new from them in NC. This was my first experience dealing with a mercedes dealership in Florida for anything other than buying parts. It was overly stressful, over priced, under serviced, and just plain rude.

A service light came on and so I called your service desk to see if I could walk in for service. She assured me I could and after I asked she told me the best time and day. I arrived 1 day later and was introduced to Tamika as she would be my advisor. I explained what was happening. She gave me an estimated time to do the repair and the estimated cost. I loved watching the repair area on the tv, especially when my vehicle rolled in. Tamika came to give me updates on a regular basis. Within a reasonable time my car was done and my actual cost was surprisingly lower than initially quoted. I do not have words big enough to explain how amazing Tamika was during the entire process. She is AWESOME! When I buy my next vehicle it will be from Mercedes Benz of Ft Lauderdale. ♥️

We have been trying to get a hold of Stephanie and Fabio from the finance department since April of 2022. They never returned our calls. They sold us a Tire and Wheel protection from Auto Nation and advised they would reimburse it if we traded our vehicle. Its been over 7 months since we traded the vehicle and we still have not received the reimbursement. We even went and spoke to Fabio personally (2 hour drive) and he advised it was processed but would take some time. We trusted Auto Nation and they continue to dismiss our concerns, hence do not even return a call. Do not purchase any additional services if you plan on trading in the car. You will loose your money.

We received no descriptions nor technical informations about the cars. But it’s not the worst, the worst part is the complete lack of communication and explanations of costs and financing. They will sell you a bunch of useless warranties (up to 15k) and when you want to cancel them within the 60 days timeframe, they do not return your phone calls, they do not return your emails. I sent a text message to the salesman he replied by two words « talk to F Mger » not sure why he couldn’t write a whole courteous professional sentence but it just shows you how they treat you once they have made the sales They simply ignore you. The cars were averagely priced which would have been okay and the loan would be average wouldn’t be for all the warranties they add which makes things much more expensive We will never buy from them ever again and we’re telling all of our friends and family to buy their cars elsewhere where there is communication honesty and nobody is selling you anything like a tricky slimy time share sales person

Facilities are nice and clean, water and cafe machine for customers. In general the environment of employees ( my feeling) is “pretentious “ my agent although, was very polite and clear. Service is extremely expensive.. for this reason I’ll look for alternatives.

I experienced a flat tire after business hours at least 20+ miles away from my home. I was able to contact roadside assistance and a tow truck came out and took to my dealership for servicing. This by far was the easiest process for pick up to completion I’ve ever experienced. My service advisor kept in contact with me the entire process keeping me from worrying. My service with Mercedes Fort Lauderdale is always top-tier when I bring my car in for servicing ( wash, brakes, tires, etc). The best part is that everyone is willing to help from the time we step on the lot. The biggest plus is that there are no annoying upsell tactics, not that it is needed because the cars sell themselves lol

I’ve bought my car here about a year ago. We previously dealt with mb of Huntington in ny . The first few interactions with the different locations in south Florida almost had me thinking i wanted to switch brands due to lack of luxury services. Since then I have to say the customer service and response for this location as severely improved! I am glad they’ve gone back to the brand i originally fell in love with due to customer service! Obviously the product is amazing however the people at my recent visit that have made me reconfirm my love for the brand and specially shout out to Rob Blair for turning the perception around!!

Unfortunately the service department is not at the same high level of quality it was over the last couple of years. After the last 4 services I’ve had to return my car for corrections to mistakes done by the mechanics. One mechanics mistake left a leak in the gas line, flooding my condos garage with gas, causing a serious safety/health risk for everyone in the building. After this last service, I had to return my car due to vibration/noise issue. They now discover wear to the expensive engine mounts. Why wasn’t that discovered during the annual service? Why was there no issue before the service? Also, they misplaced my keys and left me waiting for 30 minutes, seems the car wash employee never returned them. It’s unfortunate that over the last 3 out of 6 years of service in Fort Lauderdale, the car is returned with more issues than when I dropped it off.

Autonation Mercedes has got a monopoly in Southeast Florida, and appears to be using that monopoly to price gouge on their service and sales. As an example, I was quoted over $300 as their new diagnostic fee just to look at why my windshield washer spray isn’t spraying. My family and friends have recently had similar experiences at AutoNation Mercedes service. I was thinking of buying a new electric Mercedes EQS SUV, but am now reconsidering given the monopoly AutoNation has in this region.

Incompetent and unprofessional! My S550 was at this dealership for 38 days and they were not able to diagnosed simple issues such as a door not locking (bad door lock actuator). I had to go there myself into the shop to show them, and that was after been told by not only the service advisor, but also the service director Mary Donnell the she had tried herself and it was working properly, well apparently not! Among the issues they tried to push me new battery while their test showed my battery was GOOD! After the 38 days of inconvenience and incomplete work they retuned my car with a paint damage on the roof and scratches on the trunk, and even after manager Steven Adams checked the pictures of the car when it got there, he denied been responsible. Hard to believe this is a MB dealership. I'll never take any of my cars to this dealer again!

Vehicle was in for routine service? it lasted for 7 business days. Info from service agent to service personnel was incorrect or not sufficiently explained. Although very congenial and attentive, service agent did not seem to have total grasp or control of the auto?s nor my needs. Arrangements and use of loaner vehicle was effective. Intake system is overly crowded with dealership personnel who actively direct but do not seem to be empowered to act. The body shop personnel were very good?uncovering previously shoddy work performed by another body shop. Ultimately, I was pleased with the service that took too long to accomplish and revealed lack of effective management.

Serraya, our sale rep, has been helpful since the moment she answered the phone and through out the entire car buying experiences. We have bought several new vehicles over the last 15 years and this has by far been the best experiences. My wife drove from Texas to Florida to pick up the vehicle and Serraya was helpful all the way. The one thing I did not appreciate was the general manager asking my wife to still drive another 40 minutes to the bank in which they mention they would have pay for the Lyft and or have someone take her there. It was the principle that my wife already drove 21 hours to purchase the car and they could not doing nothing else as promise to help her on that end. Other than that we are help with our sale rep.

Went in for my normal yearly service, to find that the building was without power and they were having to reschedule everyone. A little inconvenient but can you really work on vehicles with no lights or computers systems? They took my information and stated they would contact me to reschedule as soon as their systems were back up and running. I got a return call toward the end of the day rescheduling for the next week. I received impeccable service as usual, friendly, consistent and thorough. Found a few aesthetic issues and found solutions for those as well. All in all two enthusiastic thumbs up! ?

When I explained my concerns and discrepancies between the collision center and service department to the (manager, director) I did not get any solution or apology about what happened. The car I chose to purchase was not on the property and was shipped from Miami. however the salesman stated it would be there the next morning by 10am, it wasn't and he did not call with an update. it wasn't until my husband call were we updated on the cars arrival. also due to the rush of the sale, I was not able to test drive the car until the day after purchase. To maintain my AMG C43, I came in for a simple service: oil change, engine check and fluid top off and a clean and vacuum. I met with the individual assigned and we walked the car. I specifically pointed out that I wanted the inside vacuumed and where. He said, no problem, I’ll take care of it myself..2 and a half hours later, nothing I asked for was accomplished. My experience was very negative, no welcome from service desk, every person that walked by me or I walked passed never said hello or good morning. My car was not repaired, I brought it in for the AC, not cooling and not blowing as it was, however they said nothing was wrong with it. I was told that when I went back to the deal to change my oil that they would look and see if it was really broken. Communication is non existent unless you initiate it. And there seems to be no service loaners unless you book out weeks in advance. When it’s a safety issue with a 3 month old $200k car I just find that to be unacceptable. At any rate the service here sucks and I’ll just drive down to collection next time to avoid this dealer.

We have a 2011 gl 550 that we brought to the service department for a recall while the vehicle is there my wife ask the service advisor Bill to check one things and she ask for an oil change. we told bill that the suspension Compressor was touching the frame and creating a vibration but otherwise the suspension is working fine Bill called us back telling us that the repair for the compressor was 1200 bucks and that we also needed the serpentine belt replaced that would cost about 400 bucks needless to say I was shocked I was even more floored when he announced me that their hourly rate was almost $300 an hour sorry buddy But you’re not going to create new business like that Anyway you’re not gonna get my business. So 650 bucks later my serpentine belt was not replaced and my suspension compressor bracket neither I don’t think I’ll go back unless it’s warranty work

The sales team we worked with were very obliging and really went the extra mile to make us happy with the car we bought. They actually went so far as to paint over some problem areas and order new floor mats since none came with the car. They also promised to get me an instruction manual and work on getting the second key from the previous owner (both of which also didn't come with the car... pay attention to that second key, if you wind up needing it and don't have one, a duplicate will cost you upwards of $500). As for the dealership, be prepared to have the transaction take longer that you were expecting; no funny business, just too few people in the finance department and inter-departmental communication less than ideal. That said, we did wander into the dealership toward the end of the day on Friday, so arriving both earlier in the day and earlier in the week should provide a more satisfactory administrative experience. Still, when all was said and done, we got the car we wanted at the price we wanted and thoroughly enjoyed our drive home. I'd buy from Mercedes of Ft. Lauderdale again... on a Wednesday at 11am.

I was very worried because suddenly the power steering stopped working and had an screen message saying that the system was not working. Fortunately I was very close to my home (about 600 feet) and I drove until the condo. I called Mercedes Benz Fort Lauderdale and obtained very rapidly an appointment for next day. I was welcomed by Polo who take care of my car and I find that was very professional, friendly and efficient. H made arrangements to facilitate transportation to my residence and back to Mercedes. My problem was solved and started using my car as usually. I want to stress the quality of attention and of service that I received and want to congratulate Mercedes for this and to thank Polo very sincerely for his kind and efficient service.

Took my 2011 G-class to have two electrical problems repaired. Mr. Chris Jablonski was my service adviser. The problems both turned out to be buried in settings. Chris fixed both faults. It impressed me that he listened to me, understood the problems, and repaired them on a vehicle that ?old.? All of that, and just a wonderful chap with whom to speak. Would strongly recommend him!

Brought my car in for the first time to get it checked out and make sure things were ok. Communication was subpar, and I spent most of the time working and didn?t realize four hours had passed. I got up to check what was going on and the front desk person was not really helpful and said I would have to wait for my sm to come back from break instead of just calling to find out. Definitely not the type of service expected at a Mercedes dealership?.

I am a customer of Fort Lauderdale Mercedes-Benz for over 20 years, Seems to change the management service is horrible absolutely horrible!! I least a GLS 450 2020 and I realize that the tires that I have on the vehicle is falling apart pieces of rubber are peeling off and the car is shaking. I went to the store and I spoke to the service manager by name Orlando, When he saw my tires he asked me who put these tires on my vehicle, He told me that the tires are not below to Mercedes and he need to check it out. He called me the next day and he told me that this is a new brand that Mercedes start using and I’m not the only one that complained about that issue with that brand. He’s apologized to me and my 4 tires was change two new ones and I also got alignment and balance for no charge. Four months later which is 5000 miles later I start having the same issue with the New tires(when they replaced me the tire they give me the same brand which I have a problem with) I went to the store again and I realize that Orlando is not longer working there. I spoke with the service manager my name Mary. Oh he was looking at my tires she took some photos and she back with me a few days later telling me that what you can do it’s only to replace me two tires for free and I will need to pay for the other 2 and also that I need to pay for balance and alignment. This is ridiculous being $1500 a month for a car which is not even safe to drive!! I told her that I’m not willing to pay for anything and all I want is the four new tires with the recognize name brand.- The tires is breaking apart, Pieces of rubber hanging out. I must’ve mentioned that I’m driving over 35 years I am not a rough driver and 99% of my driving is on the highway. Something is fishy regard that brand of tires even when I went to the store the first time the old service manager told me that these tires are not below to Mercedes, then he find out that this is a new brand did Mercedes start using with .as I mentioned in the beginning of the review. I asked her to send me an email with her lousy offer and I was waiting for over a week for her to send it and she never did. I called the store again and Iris was asking to talk to the general manager until today which is over a week he never got back with me. I decide to call again to Mari this morning and she told me that nothing change and that’s the offer…. I asked her to put my cousin on the line with us and she refuses to put him on the line and she threatened to hang up the phone if I put another person on the line with us. She hung up the phone on me and I never heard back from her I left another message to the general manager of the store and he’s never get back with me. I do have another car in the meantime my GLS is parking in my garage because I don’t like to risk my three kids riding the car with defective tires. In the meantime I will give them till the end of the week and if it’s not gonna be resolved I will contact Mercedes USA along with my lawyer to handle this issue. This is a safety matter!!! Mari the service manager represent the store totally horrible!!! She was trying to bargain with me about the two other tires on top of my kids safety.!! As I mentioned before GENERAL MANAGER NEVER CALL BACK.. I will keep updates and adding to this review and I will keep you guys posted if anything change.. *** I was able to get a hold of the store manager this morning only by calling him from my office number so I was able to get a hold of him…. They don’t wanna replace me entire tires and he offer me the same thing that Mary Offer-me. I asked him why they replaced my 4 tires 4 months ago ,what’s the difference between then and now… His answer was that he was not part of the conversation between me and Orlando so I ask him to take a look and his computer for my vehicle service record and he will be able to see it. He refused to do so and he told me that he need to end the conversion.

Over priced. Tried over selling services. Went in for a recall and spent almost $700 on oil change and wipers.. My representative left before I picked up my car @ 6 pm. Was not able to go over issues and questions. Car wash not even washed wash or cleaned when returned.. Never again.

Sent my car for servicing, expecting to get it back the next day, after being warned that they have a back up as their system were down the day before. I left 2 voicemails + text my service advisor twice for update on time I can go pick up my car. Finally managed to get hold of him and was told that my car was ready for pick up hours ago. I have had no responses to my past vm or text. When I went to pick up my car, took 45 mins to find my car. Overall a really bad experience. However the staff (except the service advisor) were helpful and super apologetic when they couldn?t find my car.

I knew that I needed a new tire because it was worn, and I needed an alignment to be done so when I arrived at the service dept I was well taken care of and I had new tires put on my car and the alignment was done also. All was fine the staff is professional, helpful and courteous

Overall this is a well run place with likable staff. The service Dept is good at what it does but everything is expensive to fix or maintain. My additional warranty costs plenty but not sure what provides me with. The car broke down twice for the same reason (the computer wasn?t functioning). Once on the 95 on ramp in Miami/Doral area and they couldn?t send anyone to pick me up ! Neither could their sister dealership in Miami (truly the worst customer service there!!!), I was literally alone & stranded! Some covid bs excuse Anyway, I finally got me a tow which cost me over $250 and someone had to come and get me. It was an awful experience!

Service is Top Notch! I had a regular service and an issue with massaging seats on my GL 550. Robert Blair was my technician. From start to finish the experience was pleasant, accommodating and rewarding as my seats were fixed, vehicle washed and running perfectly. Although I never “see” the mechanics, I hope they know how much they are appreciated! My cost was a bit over $3,200.00 and worth it!

Let me start by saying reviews from me are very rare, I seldom do them good or bad but I was so inclined in this case it was only fair to recognize 5 star service when it's provided and in this case all free, more than doubling it's potential value. I was in a position to drop into Mercedes Benz of Ft. Lauderdale while waiting for my wife to return from a flight that she was flying round trip in the same day and it wasn't worth driving all the way back to our house so I stayed local to save time and money and this fit in perfectly in getting this service completed. With that in mind we don't live anywhere near this dealership nearly 200 miles away and there are no Benz dealerships any closer to us. Due to a sudden breakdown of my other vehicle the day before (a newer 2010 GM product in a similar class to the E350 model) I was forced to drive my 2006 Mercedes E350. That in fact is why my need to visit them, my Mercedes had an issue of it's own. I recently acquired it a few months ago and it has high mileage of which this Mercedes model and year has a very techy brake system referred to as SBC that counts your brake depressions and then at that limit requires service, bad part or not. To Mercedes credit my research indicated that they had significantly extended their warranty on this previously very expensive brake pump part and service and I had some time so decided to drop into this dealership close to the airport. I spoke to the service department, specifically service adviser Robert Blair and without hesitation, argument, any denials or usually required disclaimers he immediately assisted me and though I had to wait a fair amount of time unavoidably due to the length of repair and so forth, he confirmed parts in stock, confirmed meeting time constraints I explained I was under and ultimately they met ALL of the deadlines etc. and my car was soon returned with a nice wash and fully functional and safe for our trip back home. I was very impressed and satisfied and working on very little sleep having to leave very early to catch my wife's international flight so that lifted my energy levels quite a bit. Can't see how it could be anymore stress free.

When I went to purchase a new car, I was initially disappointed that there were none of what I was looking for available. I sat with my salesman and ordered a car and was able to choose exactly which options and colors I wanted. I was kept informed of the build process and when the car arrived it was nicer that I had imagined. The quality and style and comfort is amazing.

Terrible service. Service advisor was Michael Ferraro. Mr Ferraro doesn’t return phone calls - didn’t keep me updated on status of repairs to my vehicle when dealership had difficulty getting parts necessary to complete repair. After the dealership had my car for a month - my text message inquiring about status of repairs and if part had been received - was answered with “not yet”. Two phone calls to dealership manager, Mr.Hummel, were unanswered - but received an answer from “Mary” who identified herself as the service manager. I had been told just a few days earlier there currently was no service manager, the previous service manager “Orlando” had left. Mary said she would talk to the parts manager about getting the part necessary to complete my repair. Mary called back the following day stating they were expecting the part to be delivered the next day - it did arrive the next day as she thought it would - and the repair was completed - why couldn’t Mr Ferraro have followed through before this? It was necessary for me to pick up the vehicle after the service dept. had closed - but I was advised there would be no problem picking up my car from the sales dept. When I arrived to pick up my car, the young lady in sales was new and wasn’t able to get the computer to take the payment for the service. I had to return to the dealership the following day to pay for my service. When I got home and looked at the service papers I was given - I noticed errors in stated miles on the odometer - also it stated that one of my tires was bad (I had 4 new tires put on the car less than a week before it went in for repair) - AND - attached to my service papers - I had the service paper of another client - and what look like an inventory sheet regal one of their vehicles for sale. To add to all this - I found a significant scratch/dent On my car that I don’t remember ever seeing before. Also - called Auto Nation Corporate office to place complaint - spoke with young lady named “Socorro” who took all the information promising that I would receive a call back within 48 business hours - it’s now six weeks since that call - and no call back was received. Not a happy client ☹️

Taking your car to the dealer when you're out of warranty is such a scam. Don't waste your time. I took my car in for 2 issues - my bluetooth kept disconnecting and also my windshield wiper liquid was not dispensing. I was advised the cost would be $289 just to find out what the problem was but that it would be applied to the repair. I was told the repair of the bluetooth issue was going to be $6,150 and the part was on back order so it could be months before it could be fixed. Obviously I did not go with the repair. I asked about the windshield wiper fluid and he said that was just jammed and it would be about $147 to have fixed. When I asked if it could just be deducted from the $289 like he told me when I dropped off the vehicle he said no because the $289 only applied to my bluetooth issue. The total cost ended up being $347 - $289 for the 'diagnostic' plus $34 'shop charge' plus taxes. And to top it off, they said they would 'detail' the car prior to pick up. When I picked it up they had just vaccumed the front but left the back as is. Never again!

I have been going here for at least 15 years and the service has deteriorated, the cashiers are rude,she actually rolled her eyes when asked a question about the car, like are you stupid. It took 45 minutes to get my car after it was paid for. I was assigned a new service advisor who was MIA when we showed up and when we left. I miss Anja, who has extraordinary customer service.

Was quoted a price to replace a radiator on a 1990 MB 560SEL . The actual price came in $400.00 higher with exceptions to the scope of work completed . In discussing with the service rep he denied the $ lesser quote price and stated that perhaps I was light headed due to a funeral that I had attended prior to car pickup. I cannot even begin to tell you how annoyed his comment made me . My first and last visit to your dealership.

I went in to purchase a part for my cousin. They had a beautiful white Bentley on the floor. I was like wow. One of the salesman said it only had 80 miles on it. I enjoyed looking at it. I had a slow leak in a tire in my almost-one-year-old Mercedes GLA 250. Apparently I had run over a screw. Fortunately, I had bought "tire and wheel" insurance when I bought the car. Ray, our sales associate, was very personable and took time to show us the different models and describe their features with confidence. It was a very easy process once we started the purchase of the vehicle and everyone had a very professional attitude throughout, even though it was late in the day. Ray took the time to ensure proper detailing and presentation of our new car and we could not be happier. Big shout out and kudos to all involved. For sure we’ll be back again.

I do not recommend the service dept. I dropped my 2013 GL450 (88k miles) on Thursday 1:30 because my check engine light was on. Never heard from anyone until I called Monday afternoon . I was told “oil was wicking up the wiring harness and it was recommended that I have the wiring harness replaced for $9,000.00. 🤔 won’t oil wick up the new wiring harness? Doesn’t that mean there is an oil leak somewhere? Ultimately my advisor said I could still drive my vehicle, just that the oil was making the sensors go off causing the check engine light come on. He said they cleaned it and the check engine light was off. So I picked it up on Tuesday afternoon. I pay my bill - diagnostic fee $235. I see on the bill “the condition of your brakes indicate that they may be close to needing replacement “. My front and rear brakes and rotors were replaced about 2 months ago so clearly no one actually looked at my brakes. And when I got in my vehicle the check engine light is still on. I will be looking elsewhere for service.

I had ordered a car from MB NYC ( only factory owned store) but Stephanie Thompson of the finance dept helped me get prepaid maintenance, tire insurance , repair of a slight damage in transit. She introduced me to the service manager, Orlando and got me someone to teach me how to use my E class hybrid coupe.
